Title: An odd mix of themes with surprising polyamory support
Review: This is a 2-4 player version of Monopoly. In fact, the rules assume that you know how to play Monopoly and just focus on what’s changed. Essentially, the properties are instead different date night locations, but it otherwise works the same as far as buying and auctioning properties. However when you land on someone’s property, in addition to paying rent there’s a “Love Adventure” task. The utility, railroad, etc. spaces have been replaced with similar tasks, some of which involve a rock-paper-scissors battle to see who does the task. And the two types of cards to draw are Valentine’s Gift and Date & Action cards.I’ve mentioned “tasks” a few times, so let me be clear: These tasks absolutely get physical and sexual, and — though you’re free to change this via house-rule — can involve ANY player in the game. So if you plan on using this rules-as-written, make sure you’re comfortable licking, touching, disrobing, etc. each other player. One space also requires you to drink, implying that this is a drinking game, but that could be interpreted however you want I suppose. Recommended especially for polycules, triads, throuples, foursomes, etc., though you can absolutely play it as a couple!

Title: Sturdy pieces
Review: Got this a valentine game for Wifey and I but was nothing like what we expected. It made us feel like it was meant for more than 2 people and not married couples. Its was not for us. But was great quality, sturdy pieces.

Title: Pretty fun to play with a partner you want to get intimate with.
Review: I had a lot of fun playing this game with my husband. It would also be fun to play with someone you were just starting to get to know, too, as long as you were both willing to do some risky things. It’s definitely a game for people comfortable with pushing their boundaries and getting to know each other in a more intimate way. I think the creators also wanted there to be alcohol involved because there is some drinking involved. We didn’t play it that way, but you can. It kinda feels like the type of game you might play in lieu of strip poker–just more structured. Kinda fun and a big intimacy builder.

Review: This game LOVEOPOLY – Couple Board Game for Date Night, Romantic Gift for Him and Her, Boyfriend, Girlfriend, Wife, Husband, Wedding, or Anniversary cannot be played with children. The game has cue cards meant for people in multiple people relationships, open situations, etc. One of the spaces to land on says to “kiss the next players lips” then another one says to “kiss the lips of the person after you”. Another space/card tells players to remove an article of clothing. This game is not for kids.In the title, it says gift for Him and Her, Husband and Wife, Anniversary, etc. and obviously that is misleading. The pictures all show two people and only one picture shows the elbow of a possible third person playing this game. This game is geared toward people who are not in monogamous relationships. The title of the game could be more forthcoming about the contents and what to expect.The money in the game is $5, $10, $20, $100, & $500 bills to exchange during gameplay. There are property cards, houses and hotels, and two decks of sexy gameplay cards. Game play is very similar to Monopoly. There is no plastic tray for the money, no storage slot for the houses/hotels, and nothing to lay the cards in during gameplay.With some improvements made to game play and adding more exclusivity, this game could make a turnaround and become a great couple’s night in idea. For mature couples who want to enjoy a sexy yet fun game, for some this may be fine. For many this misses the mark because it is not what you think it will be.It is not an expensive game but it is $1 away from the price of Monopoly and in no way should be that much. This game would be considered a low budget version that was not very well thought out even with Monopoly as the blueprint. I would not buy this game again and I would not recommend it to anyone. I think it needs more work to make it more of a date night/couple game without the gimmicks.

Title: Extremely fun and great to set the mood.
Review: This game was very fun. We opened this up during a storm night with no power. The flashlights and candles set the right mood. We enjoyed playing this version and will never go back to regular monopoly. Great to add to the collections.
