Title: Work really well!
Review: The battery lasts a long time. The microphone really cancels out background noise so other people can hear you well. The headphones go right over your ears and physically block out a lot of noise. I farm potatoes, and I’ve had these things for a whole year now. They are still working great even though I have beat them up, and they are starting to fall apart because I am extremely hard on them. I got them full of dirt, a little wet, and just tore up. Taped them up, and they’re still working great! I’m getting a new pair just to wear around town when I’m not farming so I don’t embarrass my children anymore🤣. But I’m going to keep these ones when I’m out in the dirt.

Title: Work Great and Seamlessly Connect
Review: These worked great and easily connected to my PC, nice that they auto-mute the radio I am streaming when I connect for meetings or calls. Battery life run time is good, time will tell how it is after a few years though.

Title: Too many issues to recommend
Review: The battery life is good and the audio quality is decent. However, I have had 2 major issues with these:The microphone won’t connect with Windows 10, Windows 11 works fine, but my work PC is Windows 10. Second, these headphones frequently drop connection and have difficulty reconnecting, making them unusable for my work calls.

Title: NOISE CANCELLATION ISN’T GREAT
Review: I purchased this product to use mostly for work Zoom and phone calls from home, and for listening to music while working at the computer. At first I wasn’t sure if these even had noise cancelling because I can still hear people in the house walking around, dog barking, people doing dishes, etc. There is no button to turn noise cancelling on and off, so I guess it’s supposed to be always on? I would not recommend these if you want serious noise cancelling. Also, they make the top of my head sore after wearing for four or five hours. The ear pads are comfortable but not super thick. I do like that the speaker will put you on mute when it is in the raised position. The sound quality is good for what I use it for. So I would say that if you want to wear them for a couple hours at a stretch for desk work, taking breaks to let the top of your head recover, and don’t need to totally block out background noise these would be fine.

Title: Ok, but have issues over time
Review: I have had these more than 1 year and seem to have issues now of keeping connection and the top cushion stuff is exposed. I do not care for how slow the headset is to speak muted and unmuted as it turns down the volume of what you are listening when it does that. So you may lose some of the conversation. I would like to see some way to customize how that works. The battery seems decent. I had purchased to replace Jabra Evolve 75 whose battery was not lasting anymore, even after sending in for repair just before a 3 year warrant ran out. I am not sure they replaced the batteries for that so the Asurion warrant for electronics is questionable to purchase at Amazon.

Title: Not good for call center work
Review: I’ve had to return so many Amazon headphones. No lie. Probably at least 20 in the last 2 months. So good thing the return program is good. I am desperately looking for a wireless headset with Bluetooth or a dongle for my laptop. I need it because I work in a busy call center environment from home. Which means that my dogs barking and the TV and my husband coughing. Everything. I need something that muffles the background noise. Every single pair of headphones I’ve purchased guarantee that they block out 99% of background noise. Not true! Buyer beware. These are not a good option. If you’ve got any background noise you’re not going to be happy.

Title: Love them—they still work great after leaving them out in the rain!
Review: I use these all day, every day for work. I love that they can bite connected to my laptop and my phone at the same time so I can easily switch between online nettings and phone callsI can even wear them outside while doing yard work and the person I’m talking to has no idea I’m not sitting at my desk in my home office. I accidentally left them sitting outside one day just before a huge rainstorm hit. I went out and grabbed them as soon as the rain stopped, wiped them off with a towel, and they were completely fine.

Review: This headset has made my shift communication a breeze. Great sound quality. And so comfortable when worn for a long time. The raise the boom to mute function is a boon too.The charge lasts for several days. The headset can also be used while charging. So i’m never unavailable.
