Title: Amazing Affordable Headset
Review: I do a lot of talking on the phone due to my truck driving job and always use a headset to communicate so I can focus on the road. I have tried a lot of over the ear headsets and this one tops the list. It fits perfectly in my ear and doesn’t bother me at all. The Bluetooth connectivity is also great, I sometimes forget my phone in the truck and I can still use the headset near the trailer. I have no complaints from the people that I am talking to on the phone. Other headsets pick up the road noise, this one is great at cancelling out the road noise. I use a iPhone and all functions on this headset works with the iPhone. I forgot to mention the lifetime warranty on this is a big selling point to me. You can charge the headset with the case or by its self, and charges up pretty fast. Instructions are easy to read and understand. If you are looking for a new headset this one is a must buy.

Title: Nice headset and great price
Review: Headset works as described, can wear in either ear. Sound is crisp and clear and worked as described. Very easy to set up and connect to your device. Not too bulky. Perfect for keeping you in a hands free environment. Very east to use and is a really nice design. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase.

Title: Calls not clear
Review: I am a customer service representative whose main job is taking calls in an inbound call center. I used this for less than month before callers began telling me they can hear me. I am only a few days past the time I can return product for a refund. In addition, it is hard to use because of the way it swivels and very uncomfortable. Definitely not something reliable or long lasting. The only good thing is the rechargeable case and the long battery life, although what good is that if the sound quality is terrible. I guess they can put anything in the description of the product despite whether it’s the truth or not.

Title: Is it just me?
Review: Update- the company reached out to fix this issue but i had aready returned it. Great customer service though!Pretty sure this is going back unless I can figure this out, but first, the earpiece is very comfortable to wear (and I need to wear it almost all day) and the sound quality is great. The problem I’m having is that it refuses to answer calls (I have to press the button on my phone to answer it on the earpiece) and the same with hanging up. Yes, I’ve even read the directions, but to no avail. Second, I love how the case has the percentage charged…but mine always reads 100 no matter how long I’ve used it before putting it back in its case to charge. So, I’m thinking something is wrong with this one so sadly it’s going back.

Title: Pretty Nice
Review: This is really nice head set for the price. You can switch what ear you put it in just by spinning the piece that goes over your ear. Ppl I talk to can hear me clearly and I can hear them clearly as well. The charging case is sleek and not super bulky, I can slip it ij my pocket and not have an issue. Connected quickly to my phone and button controls work well. I would buy this again.

Title: Works
Review: This is an edited review. Originally it wasn’t loud at all with phone calls, only music. When you first powered it on, it sounds like a young girl with Chinese accent was speaking saying powering up. I gave negative reviews because you could not hear the other person well at all and it would not work with gloves on. Without contacting a seller, they read the review and contact me instead. They sent me a new unit without even asking for the other one back in return. The new one has a different voice. It is a little bit louder and will work with my gloves on. It’s not the best in the world, but for the price and mostly due to their response with trying to satisfy the customer, I gave it five stars. Customer service is great!

Title: Had high hopes
Review: The Good* Quality feels good* Style is nice* The case has a nice digital display* Pairing was easyThe Bad* People reported words are cutting out when I spoke with them.* Buttons were not as easy to use but worked* Very uncomfortable. It doesn’t bother you for the first minute but after wearing it for 5 to 10 minutes the pain becomes unbearable. I tried switching to the other ear with the same results. It was that bad that even today (the next day) they are still sore and sensitive.In the end I do not personally recommend this device although other people may have had a different experience

Title: Sound excellent, hard to turn off, charging cord missing
Review: Crystal clear sound! CAN’T TURN OFF OR HANG UP CALL without using phone. Even if I am pressing very hard they’re simply no indication that the headset is off. This is very concerning because if you don’t use the phone to disconnect, callers can potentially hear anything you are saying after your call is done.I love the fact that it can charge while in the case. The charging cord is missing it was not in the box or in the case but it’s a basic charging cord, but it’s a USB-C which is pretty common. Overall seems like a solid headset and it’s pretty comfortable over ear, but if I can’t figure out how to disconnect or turn it off much easier it’s going back.
