Title: Easy setup!
Review: Worked great. Plugged everything in, took off right away. We use them in our Bible Study at Church so we’re not tied to an HDMI Cable.

Title: Worked. Bulkier than other options
Review: Worked and easy setup. I did have a few signal losses early on, but it hasn’t happened since, so maybe it was a one-off. It is bulkier compared to some others I have used, which can make it a little difficult for travel.Overall happy with it.

Title: It’ll give you true 60fps
Review: So I’ve had a few of these to review, and these look like the first set I had. They’re actually the same set to my dismay, I thought they only did 2.4Ghz but they actually do also do 5. I took the first set to a hotel and it would pop up a message to tell you it’s changing channels. Perhaps this was due to the fact that it was behind the TV, a short extension cable would help with that.Since then I’ve tested a few others and while I have only been able to test two in a hotel, it wasn’t one that tends to have a lot of other WIFi devices and access points. What I’ve come to appreciate though is a few things, like color reproduction, delay in signal, Frames Per Second.Color, Delay, are both good, this makes it a pass for me, most times you won’t notice anything else. However out of all I’ve tested these are the only ones that actually give 60FPS. Others will connect to the display at 60hz (in this case the two terms are just about interchangeable) but won’t give you 60 frames per second of content, it actually 30. There is a good YouTube video, very old, looks like a clock. Looking at it you can see if the sweep hits every tooth or not. Try to pick one tooth, you’ll usually be able to see the ones on each side of it. Wait for the arm to go by, you’ll see if it connects to it and the ones beside it.The last is compression, all of these are re-encoding the image, they all go low on the quality with a lot of movement. You’re normally not going to notice it. Only when you play video with hard to compress scenes, confetti, certain types of large bodies of moving water, fast movement through straw or brush close by.Other things to like about this is that they’re durable. I’ve had them in my backpack and they’ve gotten scuffed but they’re fine. They use type C so if you need an extra power setup for it, you’re going to run into someone that has one.In general these types of devices don’t put out a lot of WiFi power, that’s fine for what it is for but I do wonder about extraordinary situations like using it in a movie theater with the projector very far from you. These don’t have any other bonus features like some I’ve tested can take power from the HDMI port (if it exist) to run. Usually the video output but sometimes the Display too.All the ones I really like seem to use the same system, I don’t know if they’re interoperable and I have no way to tell how to target it without seeing the various screens of pairing or waiting for the other device to connect. I’ve seen the name Pocketlink while pairing but still that’s not helpful. Most of these are probably made by a company that will modify and stamp other companies on it.

Title: Surprisingly Good and Easy to Use
Review: The EDUP Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver, Long Range Wireless Transmission 165FTs,HDMI Extender Kit 1080P, Plug and Play for Streaming Video/Audio for Laptop/Camera/Phone to Monitor/Projector/HDTV are surprisingly good. I have had several sets of HDMI transmission devices to try and none have worked, including one set that connected using CAT 5 cable. The others units I tried were just that – I tried, I tried, I tried. None worked. So I was shocked when I plugged the transmitter into my laptop (Dell 9560 HiDef), the receiver into my Yamaha RX-A6A home theater receiver connected to my 65″ Sony Bravia 8 TV and pressed the pair button. The TV immediately sprung to life and played the Formula 1 race I was watching from F1TV. The picture was stunning. I was just blown away with how easy the transmission set was to use, the compatibility with my receiver, TV, and laptop, and how pleasant the overall experience was, especially compared to the other units I have tried. Formula 1 moves pretty fast – the cars were doing 215+ MPH and there was no noticeable video lag. In addition, the sound was good enough to bug my wife! (Smiley face). The price of this set was less than the ones that didn’t work so I would have to say they are a good value for the money. I am in a ham radio club and we meet monthly at a pizza restaurant and always have to hook a laptop to the big screen TV in the meeting room. We always have to use a long HDMI cable because there isn’t an AC outlet anywhere near the TV. It is always in someone’s way and just a pain. I can’t wait for our next meeting to show off this clever set!

Title: Very Easy to Use, and Work Great!
Review: Gone are the days of carrying a long HDMI cable everywhere I take my laptop.I connected these to the TV, and my laptop, and they instantly behaved as if I had plugged in an HDMI cable. The color and speed were great, and I had zero connection issues. I was able to stream sporting events with clear pictures, and zero issues. And, I was able to extend the laptop’s desktop, allowing me to work on my laptop, while streaming something completely different on the TV (as the second, extended screen). Again, it behaved the same as if I had plugged in an HDMI cable.Except, I didn’t have to worry about dealing with an HDMI cable stretching across the room. For anyone with pets, children, or SO’s that might accidentally trip over (or might be tempted to not-so-accidentally play with) a long HDMI cable, this is a huge benefit. If I ever have any issues, I will come back and update the review, but thus far, it’s a big win.

Title: Easy to setup and use, works great
Review: I really like this wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver. I do presentations and I used to have to very early to setup because I had to tape down all the long HDMI cables. Not any more. With this, I just plug one end in to the laptop, and the other into either the projector or TV, and I don’t have to worry about extension cords going across the room. It works so easily and well. I’ve never had trouble with the speed of transmission, as it shows my presentations and videos without and problems. The picture quality is good, and the sound quality is good too.
