Title: Works on linux was able to pair two PS3 Generic
Review: Well had to modify my review I was able to pair two PS3 Generic Controllers on linux using the PS3 Controller application what you do is you plug them both in select shaunwan driver to install under configuration then you go to pair shaunwan next you let them establish a solid light 1 should be on player 1 the other should be on player 2 remove the player 1 controller then push the PS Button Don’t unplug the other one quite yet. Migrate to your PS3 application frontend for button mapping. Using the one connected to wifi map all the buttons and save the configuration. Once saved power off the controller now remove the other controller from the USB and push the P3 button without exiting that menu then it will connect as wireless. Now configure the input on it. When you are done its you can now shut that controller off as well. Now plug the first controller in to the USB wait for it to stop blinking then you disconnect that from the USB and push the pair button and let it go right away it should pair. Now do the same thing with the second controller wait for light to go solid then disconnect and pair.Great USB BT Device used it for Linux Lite 7 OS. Works like a champ for my controllers. Alright price alright product. As for other devices I havent tested as you can’t use the Bluetooth stack when you use PS3 controller and I really have no need for anything else Bluetooth.Hope this helps someone that wants to play some games with their Generic PS3 Controllers on Linux enjoy!

Title: Save your money, cheaper isn’t better
Review: Constant disconnections since the first day, even if the devices are not more than 3 feet away and the only thing in between is my desk. I only used it to connect a speaker and my xbox controller. I first tried plugging into the back of the case and i could not play two matches in a row without a disconnection, so i had to reach for a cable quickly since it won’t reconnect automatically after. I then tried plugging it into my usb hub (bottom left in the picture) so that the pc itself wouldn’t be an interference, and it helped a little but i still saw disconnections at least once per gaming session. I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt but after a week and a lot of matches lost because of disconnections on the worst imaginable moments, this thing’s not worth it. I got the TP Link version of this for $12 and i haven’t had any disconnections so far, but I’ve only tried that one 2 days. I threw away the packaging this came in so i can’t even request a refund, that’s on me.Get whatever but this one, don’t waste your money.

Title: Works in Linux!
Review: Works with Linux, Pop OS 22.04 to be exact. Use it for a pair of Bluetooth headphones and a wireless speaker. The transmission is Crystal clear, and it does not drop off. Haven’t used it with a wireless game controller yet, only for sound. Range for sound is not great, but that was expected. Would say about 18 to 20 ft (7 m) if in line of site. It doesn’t like to be plugged in the back of the computer. If use in USB 2.0 you have to re-insert/re-connect after turn off or restart your machine. If use in USB 3.0 you can live it plugged in permanently. So far great, I ordered a second one. Can’t beat price.

Title: Great workaround for units without Bluetooth. Connects multiple units with simultaneous operation.
Review: Item is fully plug-n-play, updated it’s self and easily connected multiple Bluetooth items. We use it on a Win10 unit that didn’t have bluetooth in the system. Worked immediately and with gamer’s headset (Audio & Microphone) and Switch controller. Good stuff!

Title: Works ok but Terrible Range
Review: I had plugged this into a port on the back of my computer and it barely connected to my phone which was about a foot away. Once I changed it to a port on the front of the machine it worked fine. Bot ports are the same specification.
