Review: Sound quality seems good. MIc seems good. The ear piece is kind of awkward. We’re not sure if we’re going to keep them. I think so. It’s a good price, it’s just getting these ear pieces to sit properly on your ear.

Review: I really enjoy the earpieces comfort wise. The one area I would recommend for improvement is the chord to the ear is too long and the microphone for this earpiece does not work very well at all. Would love to see an improvement in this regard.This being said, the Customer service team is Top notch. I have been working with Angela to make sure all of my desires are met. I would purchase these ear pieces and the radios time and time again, just because of the service!
