Title: Great wireless headset
Review: Great wireless headset. Easy to answer cell phone or work phone and seamlessly works with Teams. I’m very happy with this headset and have purchased two more for our office. Only issue I’ve run into is that it drops some cell calls. Not very frequently but it has happened a few times since I purchased it a month ago.

Title: Probably the best option
Review: Not giving 5 stars because the documentation that comes with it is the bare minimum and the HP website is absolutely terrible. After tons of research I found out I needed to spend another $65 on an APD-80 cable to be able to answer and hang up calls. Apparently this cable is needed for a lot of phones…. Why not simply include it? Many manual adjustments needed to get the audio right. The recommended settings are online but again HP’s website…. Overally though after its working this thing is pretty awesome!

Title: Not really a two year warranty. Warranty exchange resulted in being given a dead unit.
Review: The product itself seems to be good, when it works. We ran into trouble about a year in. Since it has a 2 year warranty, we contacted support. To my surprise, the warranty status is based on when the product was manufactured, not when purchased. So we only had 1 year and 4 months for a warranty, not the full two years. After a lot of back and forth, and one instance of the support tech saying he couldn’t help me, they finally agreed to a warranty exchange. It took almost a month to get the exchanged unit. However, the unit we were shipped was dead on arrival. The headset itself will not charge. Today, when trying to contact support about it, there is no way to contact them on a specific case. You have to try to contact them and it creates a new case for you, but their whole support system is down, so you can’t chat with them, email them, or call them. It’s definitely not a good support experience for such an expensive product.I would look to a different brand. Polycom is owned by HP now, and we all know how they treat consumers. This experience definitely proved that they are still living up to their reputation.

Title: Lifesaver for working at home
Review: Now that I work from home I’m on calls for up to 10 hours a day. This gives me the ability to move around so I’m not confined to a chair. Awesome audio and range. Battery could last longer but charges quickly.

Title: Extremely disappointed!
Review: Extremely disappointed with the sound quality. Sound was “tinny” and did not sound great at all. Those on the other end of the line said I sounded great, but they sounded absolutely horrible on my side! Therefore, I returned the product after only two weeks and chose a completely different product. I read that this was the case in some reviews I read and should have listened, but I just assumed they had bad units – that this was not the norm. I was wrong… Very disappointing…

Title: Worth it. Buy them.
Review: Been hustling these call centers for years, these are by far the best wireless headset I’ve ever used. The sound is so clean and clear, and I’m told the same is true on the other side of call. Noise cancelation helps you hear in a noisy room, customers never hear a thing. I charge during breaks and lunch, hasn’t ever died yet.

Title: Battery life nowhere near 13 hours
Review: The headset signed great for me for both teams and Bluetooth. It was comfortable. After 8 hours turned on and talking only 30 minutes, the battery was gone. Maybe it was a bad battery. Having a second battery wasn’t feasible. Little screws have to be removed to change the battery.

Title: Not a secure fit
Review: Not enough adjustment so it doesn’t fit securely on on the head other than that the headphone it self is good quality.
