Review: I just boiled 8 ounces of these noodles and made a classic recipe for Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and I must say the noodles were perfect for the sauce! The texture of the fettuccine was better than I’ve ever experienced and the sauce really adheres well to each noodle. These are a winner! Review: I was skeptical about buying a different brand then I usually get but wanted to try Amazon brand out. I’ve had good results from all Amazon fresh brands but I’m picky about my pasta because of the texture. This pasta is comparable it’s very good I will change and buy this now.
