Review: I’m a truck driver. It’s been hard to find an earpiece that doesn’t have background noise. This thing works great! Even when I have the hood up and the engine is running, people still hear me clearly! It also lasts all day! I have never been more excited about a earpiece! You will love it!

Title: The best one available for me but not perfect
Review: I’m going on my 5th Voyager 5200 headset. My last one stopped holding it’s charge after 18 months. The warranty expired after 12 months. It’s been a good headset for work and personal use. With that said they are not perfect. On a rare occasion the noise canceling feature doesn’t work or the person on the other end can’t hear me. While it’s a rare occurrence, it always seems to happen during an important call. Plantronics is now Poly and apparently owned by HP as the warranty and support is HP. I’ll continue to buy them until a better one is available.

Review: I have had 2 of these. The first was working perfectly before I thought it a good idea to leave it in a pocket and then do the laundry…please don’t try this at home, bad result, not even for your Instagram or Tic Tock account!The original and its replacement are the best I have found in every aspect. Great listening quality, sound quality on the other side of a call is clear and crisp, battery life is VERY good, additional battery pack is almost totally unnecessary it lasts so long, works with two phones and tells you which line a call is coming in on. Love this headset!!

Title: Exactly what I was looking for in a replacement Voyager 5200!
Review: I’m on phone calls 5-8 hours a day for my job, so I can’t work without a good headset. After my prior, new, model started wearing down in battery life after 3 years, I was very happy to see this Used option. No issues with the appearance.Only thing I had to tweak is that the model shipped with an older firmware version, 510, and was able to quickly update to the latest firmware with the free poly lens software after plugging the model into my laptop.

Title: Already falling apart
Review: While in general working okay as a Bluetooth device, this unit seems either a factory second or poorly refurbished. After about 10 days the answer button fell off, something that’s never happened with any Poly device. About a week later the earpiece/mike boom socket fractured, which has only occurred after 8-10 months previously. So the unit is already held together with duck tape after a month, and operated from the phone. Next time I’ll pay full price.

Review: Bought this to replace an old Bluetooth headset as I now handle a lot of calls for work.Sound quality on both side of the call is great.Using a standard micro b USB charging cable, the headset charges really quickly up to around 7 hours of use.Battery charge and estimated time is shown on my pixel 3 phone, so I’m always aware.The physical on off switch is easy to access to turn it off when not needed, to then answer the call when turning on.I’m not quite sure if the headset should be fitting deeper in my ear, as it rests on top of the ear canal with any of the three different size of earbud you get in the package.This may make it difficult to hear the call as it sounds quiet but this can be solved just by pushing the headset closer.Using it while driving with the windows down hasn’t caused any communication issues from the noise.As for comfort, the headset is light and sits on your ear, I sometimes get myself searching for it when it is already on my ear.It is a nice Bluetooth headset and I would recommend it.

Review: Cons: ZeroPros:-Controls are well placed-I work outside in traffic and often high winds. I can hear and be heard as if there was no traffic or wind-Weatherproof (sun, rain etc.)-comfortable to wear-When receiving a call, it identifies the caller from my contacts list or reads the number calling. I then can accept or reject the call using a simple voice command—a convenient option when driving or if you are busy doing other things with your hands.-Everything it says you can do, it can.I would repurchase this product. Ignore all the negative comments. I am glad I did. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Review: This is my THIRD Voyager 5200 in the last 10 years, so I am very familiar with how it works. Generally happy with it’s performance, noise cancelling, audio quality, etc. Purchased to replace a lost unit, this one works fine but WILL NOT CHARGE WHEN PLACED INSIDE THE CHARGING CASE ACCESSORY, whereas the old one had no trouble. I need the case to protect the headset on the jobsite, and keep it fully charged, but it just won’t recognize the case. Therefore it’s vulnerable to damage and I can’t use it. NOTE: the charging case has TWO sets of status lights: the lower one for the case battery, and the second set of upper blue status lights for the headset battery itself. The ones illuminating in the video are only for the Case battery. The upper set of lights just don’t illuminate at all. Very disappointing since now I have to return the headset. I am reluctant to buy another since this appears to be a known problem for other users too.

Review: Bought this for my wife to have in-car conversations on her mobile phone with others while I am driving. The Plantronics improved the sound quality for the person at the other end – reducing road noise, etc, but they could still tell we were in the car. Sound quality for the wearer and listener was clear and strong. The unit is a bit large – and difficult to mount over-ear securely. My wife indicated she would be reluctant to be out walking while wearing this for fear it would fall out. It also gets a bit warm while using it. We expected better performance, given the write-ups and advertisements. Some improvements should be made in the next model to make this product more fully effective and ergonomic. Support from Poly/Plantronics re product registration, use of the device and features was prompt and professional.

Review: My IT guy uses this one and is the reason he recommended it. I have two employees that spend the entire day on the phone calling clients so they really stand the test of time and so far have worked awesome. Reception is clear, noise cancelling works great and the battery is perfect for what we do. No complaints
