Title: A good unit, with a couple exceptions.
Review: Ok, so I bought one of these after my last one broke, it was a cheaper one with mechanical switches vs. the momentary digital switches found in this newer model and that alone makes a huge difference in waterproofing this unit. And since I had to get a new one, I figured I might as well upgrade, right?I wanted a unit that was rechargeable as my last one was chewing up batteries like nobody’s business, and the fact that it’s a HUGE section that must come apart every time you have to replace the batteries, and eventually that seal will fail as mine did. Also I wanted the new unit to have different speed settings and even though my last one had only two speed settings, I figured they could very easily put 3 or 4 speeds into a digital version as it only needs one physical switch to implement that feature. This one came with 3, better than the old one, but a slight compromise for me. Instead of adding any more speed settings, they opted for a completely different feature, one that I find rather useless actually. Just below the speed selection switch they added a motor reverse switch. I would just like to know how this feature is useful for anything. Maybe it was a marketing decision vs. an engineering one….Overall this unit works quite well, holds a charge for a good length of time and can be used many times before having to recharge it. It’s a little smallish and I would have hoped it was a bit bigger as this one tends to spring out of my soapy hands on occasion and has slammed into the porcelain of the tub; yet without breaking into a million pieces, and that was a very good thing.The reason I took a star away is due to the fact that the tiny frail silicon plug they decided to use to cover the“C” charging port is just not enough to prevent water from invading the internals of this otherwise fine product. I can still recommend people buy this product as the port issue is easily corrected with a little tape or silicone, just as long as you know what you are getting into.

Title: It was faulty
Review: Gave it a 3 because it wouldn’t work after charging right out of the box. Returning. Could have just been a bad connection in the unit, don’t want to trash the company but they need better quality control. Ordered this one because it’s the only one that spins both ways. Hated to return it but with me the back & forth – but, return, get another, repeat ,,,,, just doesn’t work.

Review: This is the first rotating cleansing brush head I have used, and I was initially worried that it might be too abrasive. However, it turned out to be gentle. The brush heads are soft, and the battery charge lasts quite a while. I don’t use it every day, but a few times a week. I’m glad I decided to order it.
