Title: Relaxing, brief and fun game for adults or kids
Review: This game was easy to learn, but still fun and interesting to play. It’s not overly competitive or complicated and doesn’t drag on for a long time. It can be enjoyed be people of different ages. It’s ADHD friendly and can be played with simple or more complicated scoring, or enjoyed without keeping score at all. The art is cute and the cards are nicely printed on decent cardstock. It’s a new favorite in our home.

Title: Cute and affordable game!
Review: A cute, simple game. Mostly for younger kids to teens, I think, but the whole family can play along. Good quality printing and a sweet, inexpensive gift.

Title: hit or miss
Review: We have a large game collection and play lots of games. As a family half of us don’t like it and half of us enjoy the game. I think this can be a fun game for your family if you want a low key game to play but not the best for if you are in the mood to “game.” This also would be a good game for the airport or to travel with and play in your down time.

Title: This game is sooooooooo good!
Review: I cannot stress enough how great this game is. It is way harder than I was expecting. It’s different and challenging every time. The lovely design is why I bought it but the complexity is why it gets played so much. My whole family loves it which is very unusual. It’s also very fast to set up and clean up which is a big plus!

Title: Clever design, lots of complexity in a small package
Review: I was very impressed with this game. The designers packed in a lot of complexity in a small game. There are even advanced scoring rules available. The art on the face and backs of the cards is beautiful and clever (sunrise, noon, sunset). The design of this game, overall, is clever.I would agree with the other reviewers who said the game is not that simple, but for me that’s a good thing. It’s just maybe a caution for people buying for kids who are at Go-fish or War card games’ complexity level. This is a little trickier in spacial planning and strategy. But it’s also not that complicated to understand either. I would also agree with other reviewers that the cards are slippery, but for me it was manageable and not too bad.I really like this game and have played it alone for practice, with coworkers at lunch, and with friends. I even gave it as a gift to a friend. I think it played well with both 2 and 4 players. I am happy to have this game in my collection.

Title: Sweet and fun
Review: This game was a hit this summer! It was always in my bag because it’s so small, so it got a lot of use. It was easy to learn and the rules as written (especially the added rules for the advanced game) are easy to remember and make for a really fun game. We also found ourselves making house rules, and if you enjoy that kind of thing this game really lends itself to it. I LOVE that there’s a rule/scoring card for each player because I’m always the one asking 300x how many points something is worth. I also enjoyed that while there’s one winner (unless you adapt to play collaboratively, which was also fun and worked well) it’s not COMPETITIVE; the pace is fairly slow (although it’s a short game) and there isn’t really a feeling that you’re “stealing” cards from other players if that makes sense. It was hard to feel confident in who was winning/would win until we scored the end of each round tbh, there are so many things to score that it kind of always feels like there’s a shot it might be you. And as a (huge, to me) bonus: the illustrations are VERY cute.

Title: Ok. Not very fun.
Review: I really wanted to love this game but it’s not very engaging. One might as well play alone and the game experience would be largely the same. I like slow paced, but this sort of equivalent to just sorting or such.

Title: A fun simple game great for travel
Review: This is a fun and fairly simple game with enough strategy to give it some replay value. It goes quickly and fits in a pocket, which is the primary draw for us – we’re more likely to take it out and play while we’re waiting to be served at a restaurant than to get it out at home. Visually pleasing and relaxing to play!

Review: This delightful little game is the size of a deck of cards so very portable for travel; fits in a pocket or a bag. The card quality is very good, with linen finish. It’s a quick pretty game but still thinky. The art is charming and it looks very pretty on the table.Game play & scoring is easy to grasp & the rules are clear. The rules are actually on cards, so fit into the box as part of the deck. Very convenient. There are useful player aids too. It’s an easy game to get the hang of but quite a challenge to score well. You lay cards in front of you to grow complete strawberry plants; roots, flowers & fruit, to score points. You also score for water features & the longest path through your little strawberry garden. The deck divides into 3; sunrise (your plants are rooting), noon (you grow flowers) and sunset (you have fruit!). The backs of the cards are also lovely, the design indicating whether the cards are sunrise, noon or sunset. For 2 players (we have only played as a couple) you only use half the deck – so we can play 2 games back to back using the 2 halves of the deck.Overall this wee game feels wholesome & good. Thought & care went into the design; the detail in the artwork is a joy, the game is quick & engaging. I’m a botanist & we grow strawberries on our allotment. The game suits me very well indeed. A perfect gift for any gardener. Very happy that I bought it. 5 stars
