Title: Worked immediately
Review: I bought a pair of Sony 1000-XM5 headphones and wanted to connect them to my work computer which does not have built-in Bluetooth. I tried a simple Insignia dongle purchased at BestBuy, but it did not work, as it never “saw” the headphones for pairing. However, this dongle worked like a charm: it was plug-and-play. No hassle. No need for I.T. to mess around with drivers, etc.

Review: My laptop is about 10 years old, and its built-in Wi-Fi is… well, let’s just say it’s seen better days. This UGREEN Bluetooth 5.4 adapter has been a lifesaver. For my use, it was completely plug and play – no complicated setup required. It’s given me a much more reliable Wi-Fi connection. Title: unable to get this working on windows 10
Review: i followed the instructions, tried many different troubleshooting steps and nothing works. If anyone can be of service, id greatly appreciate it. in device manager it is showing up as BARROT Bluetooth 5.4 adapter. Not what is shown in the instructions, I have tried to find another driver for it with no luck. Windows sees and recognizes i have a bluetooth dongle installed. but i can get it to see or recognize anything i want to pair with it.

Title: Weirdly… Damp
Review: Weirdly, this item arrived slightly wet. It was in a box with other items, which wasn’t wet. Other items in the box were also dry and had not leaked, including the wadded up paper packaging, but the box that had this item in it was decidedly moist–the box soaked through, the instructions wet, and the item itself had water on the plastic wrapping, a bit of which had penetrated to the actual device.I wiped it off, let it dry, plugged it in, and it appears to work fine, but there apparently is a leaky roof or a box of bluetooth dongles left out in the weather between the manufacturer and Amazon packing it up.I got this so I could listen to music/videos and walk completely around the house. I just experimented a bit and it looks good for that purpose. I don’t know how long it was wet or if that will have any effect in the long run, but it looks to be OK. Still, makes me a little leery, so -1 star for that. If it breaks, I’ll revisit.

Title: There is Nothing NOT to Like about thisBT Adapter
Review: Windows 11 Pro on a GigaByte z590 Aorus Water Force board. OEM Bluetooth on board sucked! Garbled and intermittent sound and voice and supper short range(~15′) drove me nuts. Disabled the intel bluetooth, removed all current bluetooth devices, shut down PC, plugged in this adapter to an available USB 3 port, rebooted PC. Repaired my bluetooth headphones in a heartbeat. They have worked flawlessly since, good sound quality and do not cutout anywhere in my house, about 60′ in my house but no issues at that distance! fixing or updating crappy bluetooth with this adapter is a snap, I would recommend!

Title: UGREEN Hubs/Docks/KVMs/Chargers, Great. This… not so much.
Review: Has really decent range, if you need to simply transfer files or listen to just music this is a fine buy for the price.But… the latency varies between 0.5sec and 1sec. Enough to make it noticeable when using something like a mouse or keyboard, or watching videos leaves audio sounding detached.I downloaded the drivers and installed them just in case it was the source of the latency issue but it didn’t help, spent a day troubleshooting different options to reduce or relieve the latency but no to avail sadly.Can’t recommend it for anything other than File Transfer/Music/connecting to other BT devices.

Title: Work as advertised
Review: Installation file local set off my virus program. The exe or install files are in another country…. scan the files frist saw nothing so I install the files works as intended. My new computer (alienware R 16) have a weak cheap wtf BLUETOOTH device. I tired 3 different headphones and all had an issues connected to the computer. Never again will I buy from Alienware. Cheap parts!!!!

Review: Uno de mis ordenadores el algo antiguo (2016) aunque lo uso bastante para trabajar de forma remota.El caso es que me los últimos modelos de auriculares bluetooth que me he comprado no he podido usarlos con este ordenador por distintos motivos:- En algunos casos pedía un PIN que nunca aceptaba, aunque pusieras el correcto.- En otros casos había lag o latencia en el audio.Estos mismos auriculares en otros ordenadores no daban problemas así que supuse que era cosa de la versión de bluetooth, puesto que la mayoría vienen con versiones 5 o superior, mientras que el adaptador de mi ordenador se quedaba en la 2.Decidí comprarme este nuevo adaptador usb por su antena que aumenta el rango, lo que me permite moverme algo mas libremente (no mucho) sin que se desconecten los auriculares.A la hora de instalarlo es importante, como indican en las instrucciones, deshabilitar el adaptador nativo del ordenador (si lo tiene) porque de lo contrario no funciona la instalación del nuevo.Una vez hecho, no hay problemas y lo reconoce correctamente.Desde que lo instalé ya no tengo problemas con todos esos auriculares que antes no podía usar, así que funciona perfectamente.
