Title: Distance is not as claimed
Review: I ordered this when my Plantronics Savi finally died. With that one I could be on calls and walk all around my house, out to the backyard, front yard, etc. Based on the distance listed in the specifications, I expected the same with this one. But I cannot walk 35 feet to my Keurig to make a coffee while I’m talking without the other party telling me I sound like a robot. It’s not just an issue with this one headset, as I ordered another one elsewhere and it acts the same way. I think it’s just a limitation of the Bluetooth technology instead of utilIzing full wireless. I have since ordered a Savi headset and I’m waiting for it to come in (3 month wait, dang you supply chain!)

Review: Have been using this with office zoom calls. No Complaints’s on the voice quality. Mute button is handy along with led indicator on the Bluetooth receiver. Have not tested battery life. Charging with the provided usb c cable works fine and can be used as wired headphones when connected using usb cable. Updated firmware to the latest for both Bluetooth receiver and headset.

Review: To start with, the range is impeccable if you want to be connected while grabbing a coffee the floor below, you would be. The battery is well par with what is said no complaints there.The Key issues that I faced are -1. The headphone would switch to phone anytime you get a call, irrespective of if you were in a meeting. There is no way you can control those priorities or manually do it so you will end up disconnecting your phone.2. If you use it with Ubuntu, anytime the mic is being used, it switches to a lower quality of audio output and when mic is not used anymore it switches back.3. Quality of product is high, feels like it ll last year’s. Fit is decent . But is it not basic for a headphone so expensive.4. Great for working in noisy or office environment. Nothing would reach the other side2 stars bcoz it’s not worth it.
