Review: Purchased this item to cover up a glue patch left behind from the previous owner of my new vehicle. It looks and works great. My daughter put a mini figurine on it after installing this on the dash. The figurine has not moved a inch and has stayed in place.

Title: Worked well but then melted
Review: It works well to keep small things in place, including phones.As other reviewers have noted, it melts. I’m in Wisconsin, USA, and apparently it gets hot enough here to melt it. For me, it wasn’t severe and I simply cut off the melted parts, but then it keeps melting at the edges, even after cutting the melted parts. I imagine it’s stickiness is related to it’s melting ability, so I don’t know if there’s a better solution, aside from using magnets or something similar.

Title: Very sticky!
Review: I purchased this to put a fleet of rubber ducks on my dash board. I’d used double sided tape and that ticky tack bubblegum stuff and they’d still go sliding everywhere. This may was easy to install and has worked like a charm. No ducks have slid off no matter how hard I brake or turn. I live in VA where the summer heat can be 110° and it has not melted or had any issues.Overall, it’s well worth the money. I imagine if it can hold an incredibly light weight rubber duck it would do an amazing job holding other, heavier objects as well.

Title: A bit sticky, but adheres nicely
Review: Bought this for a treadmill that has a platform to put tablets and phones on. Things kept falling off with the vibration.Had a small version of something like this in my car, that adhered nicely, felt rubbery but was not sticky. This thing comes with pull off sheets on either side. It is thin and really tacky and sticky and holds well. It can easily be pulled off and readjusted. It is a nice size and fit perfect size for the treadmill desk top. It also goes over bumps and edges nicely as you can see in the picture. It does not smell after a few hours.But it is sticky, which feels weird on the hands and dirt (and dog hair) sticks to it, Was expecting it to be more rubbery than sticky. After about 5 days it is a bit less sticky, but still is quite sticky. Not sure if the stickiness will go away.Update a few weeks later. Stickiness, still around, but less. Nothing has fallen off.

Title: Sticky but works
Review: This is a very sticky mat. However, that was exactly what I was looking for. I keep it in my rv and put my cb on top of it on the dash so it won’t slide around. It sticks like glue and goes nowhere. Hang on to the flat packing it comes in, as well as the plastic that originally went on top of it. That’s how you’ll store it for a long time of use.I had a previous sticky pad that lasted years until I got lazy and left it on the dash. Over a hot summer it melted onto the dash which I can definitely see happening with this. If it’s hot out and you’re parked for a while, take it off and properly put it away. It can be rinsed off under a faucet if it gets dirty and will work like new again.

Title: Sticky, sticky
Review: All kinds of dust and everything sticks to this pad. And am not sure how it would do in a car that became very hot in the summer. Right out of the package it’s so sticky. Anyway, wasn’t for me but if you want something sticky this is definitely the product. Probably works the way it is advertised.
