Title: Nice except I wish the branding were more subtle
Review: I got the S9 kit with the 26mm “toy” lens. Because the lens has these tiny filter threads in the center, I didn’t have anything to protect the center element. This does the job nicely. I hope the adhesive holds up. I would have preferred a mechanical connection. The open/close action is smooth but feels a little plastic-y. The blades shut all the way. The only thing is I wish the white lettering were not so prominent. I might black it out. It is nice and low-profile, so it doesn’t add a lot of bulk. Which is what I was hoping because that is the whole idea behind the 26mm pancake lens.

Title: A good filter adapter for the older Lumix cameras
Review: I ordered this for a project where I needed to put an orange filter over the Panasonic Lumix to pump up the sky saturation when I converted the files to blackand white. Much easier to attach a filter than goin g back to alter all the pictures in post and hope the skies turn out the same. Anyway, this kit gave me everything I needed. Note, the filter adapter is pressed down and held by adhesive. The adhesive is very sticky so make sure you put it down right. In fact, it is so sticky a part stuck to my UV filter when I was applying it and the adhesive damaged the filter. Totally my fault, but rest assured that filter adapter or filter will not fall off. The lens filter cap is very good, the usual JJC quality. Anyway, it works for 58mm filters. It comes with a tool to remove the filter adapter when I do, sort of a string with rings to slide underneath the filter adapter. Not sure how well that would work. Also comes with extra adhesive rings for reapplication. Once it is on, it works really well. Just be very careful applying the ring, make sure it is centered, and try to avoid getting the adhesive stuck on other stuff.

Review: I bought this filter adapter for my Panasonic lens and it works well. I like that it is made of strong material and is easy to install. I can put an extra filter on it which is useful for me. The lens cap that comes with it is also good and protects my lens from damage. I am happy with the quality of the adapter and the cap. I think it is a good product and I am using it regularly.

Review: This lens filter adapter set does everything it says it does: you stick a adapter to the front of your 26f8 lens and you now have a 58mm filter thread and the included 58mm lens cap fits well. The lens cap isn’t my favorite type as although it works it does have a lanyard hole that goes through the whole lens cap, meaning there isn’t a complete physical barrier between the front element and the elements. As for the glue, it’s really potent. Being a 3M double sided tape it works reliably. In fact it’s so good that the removal system included in the box don’t actually do much to help pry it off. You will need to try and heat up the glue before you attempt to scrape it off with the fishing wire, but I’m not sure I would risk that because you risk damaging your lens. So, yeah, think of it as a permanent solution, which may or may not be your jive.
