Title: Kid and Parent Approved
Review: This is a very entertaining book for both kids and adults. I enjoy the word play – Pawbook verses Facebook, etc. It also has great story line. My 6-year-old might love this one as much as myself.

Title: Great conversation after reading the book
Review: I bought this for my second grade class. We were able to have a great conversation about screen time. At one point in the book Papa tells Mama she needs less screen time (that is just a brief summary) and I had a few students who didn’t think it was okay for a man to tell a woman want to do!

Title: Cute book buuutt…
Review: I loved this series as a child and with the amount of time my kids were spending on the computer during the quarantine I thought this book may be a cheeky was to remind them that too much computer time isn’t great. I wasn’t thrilled with the word ‘stupid’ sprinkled in there, as i have actually found with a couple other Bernstein Bear books. I either didn’t notice it myself as a kid, or they have changed a bit. Cute overall though….

Title: My son really enjoyed this book!
Review: great illustrations and was interesting even to me. Helped my son learn that moderation in using the computer will leave more time with family and playing outdoors. I thought it was well written and it was nice to see that this time it was papa bear who brought the family to it’s senses (usually it’s mama). Glad I bought the book. It is very timely in it’s subject matter. I think most people would enjoy this book.

Title: That he understands that too much computer is not good for him.
Review: This was ordered for my grandson. He understands that too much time on the computer, tablet & or cell phone is not healthy. He understands that he needs to do other things, read, play outside, spend time with family.

Review: Simpatico, attuale, educativo, sia per grandi che per piccoli, tratta l’utilizzo eccessivo del computer da parte dei vari componenti della famiglia ed offre delle possibili soluzioni e/o spunti di riflessione sull’argomento. Insomma, educa senza annoiare!

Review: Another thoroughly modern Berenstein story in which these very lovable Bears all succumb to the lure of the computer. Mum, Dad, Brother, Sister and even Baby with her toy computer, all find themselves locked into hours of absorbed screen watching. Friends, games, fun, running around, talking; all suffers until they are suddenly made to realise the starved and self centred life the computer absorption has led them to have. It could so easily be any of us. It is all resolved so delightfully and so realistically. The topic makes it easy to discuss the problems of over indulgence in an activity and children readily come up with alternative interactive ideas.

Review: Very good to show younger children who are just beginning to use electronics limits. My kids love the bears. It opened up good discussion after we finished the storey. My children are 4 and 6.
