Title: Amazing, replayable game for both strategists and casual players
Review: We love it and have played so many times! Great game, well balanced for 2 which isn’t always the case. Also great when we played with 3 and 4. All strategies feel pretty equally likely to be able to net you a win if you do it right.

Title: Deserves more than 5 stars
Review: First let me say that I am a huge fan of Thunderworks games. I own Roll Player, Roll Player: Monsters and Minions, and Roll Player Fiends and Familiars. I also own Lockup. All are great games. My most recent Thunderworks purchase has been Stonespine Architects. Wow…what a game. It doesn’t have 30 pages of rules, nor does it take 3 hours of watching how to play videos. It is an easy game to learn, but don’t let that fool you, my friends. It is rich in theme and strategy. Every card you decide to put into play, every card you decide to hold, and every card you choose to discard is going to have an impact on your game. Do you play a card now or wait to see if you are offered a better one two turns from now? I have only played the game in solo mode, but the rules are the same, regardless of player count….Gotta love that. The components are really high quality, the art is fun and thematic, and set up and tear down is a breeze. Games are fairly quick, depending on how much you agonize over your decisions. It can be played by old and young alike.I can’t say enough about this game. I can’t imagine Stonespine Architects (or any Thunderworks games) ever leaving my collection. Give this game a try, it will surprise you with it’s deep strategy but easy gameplay.

Title: StoneSpine Architects – Dungeons and Dragons – POV of the Dungeon Builders
Review: I’m a huge fan of Thunderworks Games – All the games I’ve bought from them have been great. StoneSpine Architects is no different. Its such a clever idea. If you ever played or thought about Dungeons and Dragons, i bet you never gave much thought to the folks who actually built the dungeons and populated them with traps and monsters. StoneSpine Architects is all about those unknown builders. You compete against your opponents by building the dungeon room by room, and adding trap and monsters. If you match to your random blueprint and build a path from the opening to your exit, you’re going to score big…I love the concept, and it was executed perfectly… I’ve introduced this to a few people who’ve only played D&D type roll playing games (and not tabletop board games), and they loved it… Some have come back multiple times to play it again. If you love D&D and a very interesting take on it, StoneSpine Architects is the game for you…(P.s. the fake tears in the photo meant we lost that round – We loved the game)

Title: A “cozy” dungeon building
Review: There’s joy to be had when you complete your carefully crafted and “cozy” 4×4 dungeon after 4 rounds. It’s a joy analogous to tidying up your room or organizing books on a bookshelf. Stonespine Architect is charming. The fact that it integrates the World of Ulos is a bonus (I particularly like the art). Jordy Adan, the designer of the much-acclaimed Cartographers (which is less interactive despite being a more fleshed-out puzzle), is back with another elegant design where everything fits nicely. The challenge cards allow you to personalize how you score points, the market tokens enable you to circumvent (not always) a not-so-good round of cards, and the initial drafting makes you think about what cards to hold and what cards to pass on. All of this makes for a game that is easy to teach and entertaining enough to hold your attention for 40 minutes. And if you enjoyed, please go look for the other games in the same setting. Each one a unique experience.
