Title: very good
Review: Just started using but very impressed so far. Got this to be a transmitter for my wall mounted TV so that I can switch between using the TV speakers or a bluetooth speaker behind our pillows in bed so if we want to watch quietly we can have low volume on the BT speaker. I plugged in the optical cable to the TV and set the TV to use both optical out and tv speakers so now if i want tv speakers i use the TV volume and if I want the Bluetooth I turn the TV all the way down and turn on the speaker. I’m also using the TV’s usb port to power the device so it turns on when the TV turns on and it remembers my speaker and setting and just starts transmitting immediately. For the price this thing is great so far.

Title: Easy to connect, no latency and good range
Review: Works great! Connected to my beats right away. I did have to change my TV audio output before it worked. The optical audio cable works great with no latency but the RCA cable had a lot of static and I couldn’t get it to work. The range is surprisingly good too

Title: Big latency problem
Review: I bought a pair of these transceivers to Bluetooth-bridge audio between a TV and powered speakers mounted too far away for a wired connection. The instructions were typically poor Chinese translations with complex connectivity options but I figured it out and was able to get the Bluetooth connection desired. BUT…there is about a 1/2-3/4 second latency between the TV audio and speaker output (using an optical connection from TV to the SOOMFON transceiver). So you will never sync video and audio using these devices. I set up an Amazon return but the seller suggested I keep the devices and that they would send a new model for me to try about the end of 2022. I accepted the offer and after some reminders to them the new version arrived on January 14th. The new version doesn’t work at all…except to light up its little panel. It does not in any way show signs of trying to connect with other devices and other Bluetooth devices do not see the device. I guess it’s DOA. Also, the new version lacks many functions available on the old version (according to the instructions), including 2 switchable connections and a volume control. I’ll say that the seller did reach out to try to help in a courteous manner so I can’t fault him on that. The item description though should state that there is a transmission latency that makes it unsuitable for video/audio synchronization. If you only want to Bluetooth audio, the device works fine at a reasonable cost (old version).

Title: Easy Setup, works like a charm
Review: Worked out perfectly for what I needed it for. The Bluetooth on my Honey’s TV stopped working and couldn’t connect it to her sound bar anymore. I confirmed through a series of tests that it was the Bluetooth on the TV that was the problem. So I reasoned that If I connected a Bluetooth Transmitter to the headphone Jack on her TV I could connect it to her sound bar that way. It worked like a charm!!! Thank you for your product! It was great! Works great and easy to setup. Well, I found it very easy to setup, but I am more technology oriented than most people. It was easy, if you just follow the directions.

Title: There’s a delay between the two speakers
Review: I would give a better review, but connecting two speakers together didn’t work that will there’s about a a quarter to a half second delay between the two speakers. Other than that it does work for a Bluetooth transmitter for one speaker.

Title: unable to get working
Review: I believe that perhaps it is more my equipment as my TV is an older Visio. I was however able to pare the unit with my cell phone although the TV was our main concern. We will either new to upgrade our TV or find another option.

Review: It took a little time to set up but once you get the knack it does it’s self after a couple of times if you change from speaker to earbuds turn one off and other on it changes automatically, they are nice and compact sound quality is very good it also has a volume control on it power is obtained from a usb point on TV so when TV goes on the unit comes on as well let transmitter power up first then turn on speaker or earbuds and it connects automatically well made and easy to use which makes this a great value for money transmitter it also has Rx capabilities which is also easy to use great value quality well built very good sound reproduction delivered on time packing good I would definitely recommend this it’s small it has a small screen so you know what is available and connected perfect performance model all cables you need are included in

Review: No funciona. Empareja y se vincula rápidamente. He probado con 3 auriculares diferentes. El problema es que solo se escucha un ruido de fritura muy fuerte y molesto. No se transmite el sonido. Ignoro si el cable óptico está mal o por que puede ser.Antes de haber devolución quisiera, si es posible, hablar con alguien de la empresa vendedora.Corrijo: Antes dehacer la devolución insistí. Vi en el pequeño librillo de manual que hay que asegurarse de que el sonido debe estar configurado en modo PCM. ENTRADA Y SALIDA DE AUDIO. IMPORTANTE!!!Lo ajuste así y funciona estupendamente.Como ya he dicho la vinculación es inmediata y eficaz. Únicamente, si lo apago, por dejar de usarlo, para iniciarlo de nuevo tengo que desconectar el enchufe y volver a enchufarlo. Con el interruptor de encendido no se enciende. Si apaga, pero no enciende. En cualquier caso no es importante, creo.Todo bien!!!
