Title: All the function, in one half the bulky size
Review: I have been a smart phone technology hold out for too many years with my old flip phone. I’ve been waiting for this Samsung design and it was finally available as I coincidentally had an accident that destroyed my old phone.I’m still learning all the smart phone functionality, but absolutely love the fold function of this phone! Fits in shirt pockets and front blue jeans pockets with no problem and no one sees the phone! The very slight ripple of a crease in the center of the glass where this Z Flip phone folds is no a problem.I was worried by all the bad critical reviews about the battery life, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. You won’t run out of battery life unless your on the phone constantly all day. It conserves power when folded if you make the correct settings on set up.I bought a heavy duty phone cover that also folds with the phone and it works great! I finally have the functionality of a smart phone and the miniaturization of a bulky piece of glass. Best of both worlds! Love it!

Title: Phone didn’t receive or make calls. Update on 2nd phone
Review: The phone is nice and we really like that it folds but it does not work. There is no voice mail app, calls go straight to voicemail which you can’t access. It won’t make calls either, the call ends immediately. I went to our provider three different times for a total of over five hours and they couldn’t get it to work. The only thing that works is internet and texting. Returning this phone and getting another of the same in hopes that it was just this one.**Same thing, the second one that came in didn’t work either. Same issue, no samsung voicemail app nor a way to get one.

Title: Works Wonderfully
Review: I’m so glad I purchased this product. It came in a box with a charger just like promised and the phone works wonderfully. I don’t typically like android phones but this one definitely takes the cake for the best Android phone I’ve ever had. The autocorrect is a bit weird sometimes but other than that I have no complaints. I love the folding aspect of the phone it’s so cool. The battery life isn’t as good as my iPhone 11 was but it’s not particularly bad either. I love the fingerprint reader too I missed that so much when I got the iPhone 11. Overall I’m very pleased!Edit: I’ve had this phone for a few months now and I still really like it. The only real complaint I can give besides the battery life could be better is the fingerprint reader malfunctions kind of a lot. It’s annoying, but it doesn’t happen all the time.

Title: Just because it’s factory renewed doesn’t mean that you have a good phone
Review: Well I’ll start by saying that some of the features do work well but like the fingerprint feature it’s giving me a problem and the battery life is okay and I would have given it a five star the money that I spent on it was it was okay it was okay I could have probably got it cheaper but I was going to return it and then I just decided to keep it so overall I like my new phone and I really needed one so it’s working pretty well I just hope I never ever have problems with it I have insurance on it so if I do at least you know I can always get a new one if anything happens you know so that’s my ratings of my new flip phone that I’m happy with

Title: Perfect condition!
Review: For the price I was expecting at least a scratch or a dent of some description, but none to be found!! The phone looks and acts as if it just rolled off the assembly line! The phone arrived earlier than expected which was a godsend because I’m leaving for a trip. Overall I am incredibly satisfied. For those that are curious where the phone folds there is a shallow crease in the screen. It’s not anything you’re going to notice unless you’re looking at the phone from an angle, while you can feel it, it’s only really noticeable if you’re actively thinking about it. The hinge has about the same resistance as a laptop hinge, and it feels incredibly robust. Battery life is acceptable, its comparable to my Pixel 4a. The only genuine complaint I have about this phone has nothing to do with the refurbisher but everything to do with Samsung and their software, I’m not personally the biggest fan of Samsung’s bloatware, I prefer stock Android. However you can get a similar experience with a third party launcher, I highly suggest lawnchair2. With minimal effort I was able to get this phone exactly how I wanted it!! In conclusion overall I am incredibly pleased, the seller was phenomenal and the product is in perfect condition.

Title: Definitely a show stopper but not a daily driver, battery sucks!
Review: I received the phone one day ago and all my friends enjoyed holding it and flipping it. It is well built and has some good hardware. I got the mystic bronze and it is killer looking.Coming from a pixel 4a, this phone(with samsung one UI) is full of clutter. I am hating this interface as you have to make ton of accounts with samsung services and the worst part of all is its Samsung Free that you get after swiping left. They force it on you and you cannot get google discover/feed which is much more better and cleaner.The fingerprint sensor fails to recognize your finger due to its small size and the location it is placed. And many a times the face recognition does not work- especially when it is in tripod mode placed on your desk half-folded.The display is really good.But the biggest issue is the battery. It will drain even when it is idle. You may have to charge your phone at least twice with mediocre usage. I do not play games nor I am a heavy user and yet, I still have to charge my phone twice in a day.
