Title: Best cookbook for families with busy schedules —-hands down !
Review: This book was referred to me by a friend who like me is a busy mom with kids in sports and not lots of time during the week to cook. I have made 3 recipes in the last week since I purchased this book and each was a hit with not only my husband but my 8 year old son who is a little picky, doesn’t like anything with too much seasoning he can see or spicy . Recipes were so easy to make , not time consuming , contained a short list of simple and easy to find ingredients and not expensive to make. No wasted ingredients and family friendly. I can not wait to try all of the other recipes!! I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to cook simple and quick recipes for their family.I included a picture of the sweet and savory tamale pie I made ( I added tiling after like sour cream , jalapeños , chopped tomato and olives). This was my family’s favorite recipe so far from the book.

Review: Every recipe has color photos, no complex french cooking terms, all the recipes have around 6 or so ingredients! No more wasted food because I needed 1 ounce of a special something, and it’s only sold in 1Lb containers.I would recommend!

Review: This is a wonderful cookbook. I have been a fan of Tara’s since the beginning, and she truly never ceases to amaze us. Her recipes really are fast, simple, and absolutely delicious. One can usually find her suggested ingredients right in your own pantry and create an extraordinary yet easy meal that will leave your family believing you’re a five star chef. The book is very well done, and and you can tell a lot of work went into putting it together. You can certainly tell that Tara put in just as much love into her cookbook as she does all her recipes. I highly recommend this for ALL!
