Title: Pleasantly surprized
Review: Years ago I did a lot of video work and LED light panels were just coming out. Back then, a panel this size probably would have cost $800 or more. At the time of this review this one is just under $50 – nice! At this price, my expectations were not very high, but this turned out better than I expected.First, I expected the stand to be poor and it’s actually pretty good. It’s not to the quality of the professional light stands I use to use no doubt, but it isn’t either like some of the junk stands I’ve seen. This will hold the light it came with quite well and it folds up compactly. This part of the kit I give an A grade. The light unit puts out a well diffused light and is easily adjustable both in color temperature and brightness. The power cord is long (aprox 10 ft) which will be enough to use without an extension in many cases. Once I figured out the dc power plug connection it connects very solidly (for the best connection pay attention to the arrows – push on then twist). This component also gets an AThe instructions are short, but clear and hardly necessary. The ball head. This is the weakest link – I can’t say I’m impressed by this piece, but a nice stand-alone ball head might cost half the cost of this whole set (or more). This one will do the job, but some may want to swap it out for something more robust. I give this individual piece a C-, but since the rest of the kit is so nice, I’m leaving the overall rating at 5 stars.Overall, much better than expectedItem: LED Video Light Kit with Adjustable Tripod Stand, 2500K-8500K Dimmable Continuous Studio Light for Game Streaming, YouTube

Title: Wish There Were 2
Review: -edit at the bottom-So this seems to do everything it claims to do; height adjustment is spot-on, plenty of variety in brightness options, and you can go with 3 pre-set color temperature modes, or fully-customized color levels with a decent level of granularity. The cord is also a great length, seemingly around 10 feet given it can drape straight down all the way to the floor from full height, with a few feet to any outlet of cable of your choosing. It does have “heat dissipation protection,” but I’m not sure if its necessary given how lightweight this is, with the light itself feeling like something I’d measure in grams, not ounces. Overall my biggest issue is I’m not sure if this is a good value; it certainly does everything it claims to, but as the pictures show, most people are probably going to want 2 lights, and this is just the 1. Not that this page is misleading, it clearly states you only get 1 light, but given how lightweight the unit is I just feel like you should be able to get 2 for this price (or every-so-slightly more expensive.) If you’ve done the research, and these specs for only 1 light do usually come out to about this price, then I suppose its a 5/5, but for me its more of a 4/5. Not bad by any means, just doesn’t feel like what I’d call “perfect” for the price.Edit: So there is now a 2 Pack for about $10 more, and I think that is a 5/5 for the money. So much so that I bought that set with my own real money, but it also sort of proves how right I am that 1 of these for the price is too much, if you can double the offer for only a 25% price increase. Still good though.

Title: Clear Upgrade from My Previous Lighting Setup
Review: I got these to replace a virtually identical but much cheaper set of lights I’ve been using. The improvement is clear—these provide more accurate color and detail, and they’re noticeably more customizable. There are more color temperature settings to fine-tune the lighting, and the tripods are sturdier. I’m using them for podcasting in front of my computer, and they definitely make me look better on camera without taking up much space. One bonus I didn’t expect to appreciate so much is that these lights are AC powered. My old set used USB, which meant more clutter and fewer available ports. Now I’ve freed up a couple USB ports on my computer—sure, I could’ve used adapters, but this just feels cleaner. Overall, a solid and worthwhile upgrade.

Title: Great value but not very sturdy
Review: You get a lot with this light set. You get 2 lights, tripods, and a handful of accessories besides. A nice feature is the swivel adapter that goes between the light and the tripod to enable you to angle the light panel. For example, you could position one light below the subject and angle it to illuminate the subject’s face. The tripod is very versatile, allowing for much lower light positioning than other tripods I’ve used. The lights are adjustable for color temperature and intensity via a controller that is wired midway down the power cord. You can’t dial in a color temperature, so you tap the + and – buttons until you get the lighting that most closely approximates the tone you are looking for.The downside is that all the equipment with the possible exception of the lights themselves is very flimsy. If you have a tightly controlled setting where you don’t do a lot of setup and takedown of equipment, it might work great for you. But in my position as a part-time videographer, I don’t expect this equipment to stand the test of time. The other problem I have is with the power options for these lights. They are hardwired with no apparent option for battery power. Worse still, the transformer is combined with the plug, so even if you have an outlet handy, the plug leaves you with very few options for where it can go. If you want to plug it into a power bar, it’s going to take up the space of three normal plugs.

Title: Studio in a box
Review: This is a nice light which can be used for so many different functions! It is very light weight and easy to set up if you need to travel with it. The different light levels are easy to switch and then each light type can be dimmed or brightened. The tripod is sturdy and you can mount your iphone right on the tripod. It comes with everything you need for a great price!

Title: Great for quick extra light.
Review: Works great for quickly adding light to a scene, to get rid of shadows, etc. Cheap. But the awkward controls you don’t have to mess with too much and there is not much fine tuning you can do.For the price, hard to beat.

Review: I really love this lighting set. It is not a “professional” grade solution, but it is good enough for me to use with my many Zoom and Teams meetings. The phone holder is a great feature because now I can set my phone up on the stand and adjust the lighting so that everything looks great when I’m on-camera during a work call or when I use it for filming short videos for YT or TT.Note that the stand is a bit flimsy and I’m pretty sure that if it were to tip over with any great force, either or both the light or stand would not survive the smash into my concrete floors (I work out of my basement), but that’s not a real concern for me, because I’m careful and don’t have young kids running around. Once it is setup, it stays put for me.I like that the lighting is adjustable and having a two pack allows me to really play with lighting techniques when I take photos of my family. I do wish that it worked on batteries, as having another cord running around is annoying, but it’s the world we live in.This get’s the full five stars for doing exactly what it says and doing it well. Could it be better, more sturdy, brighter. etc? Sure, but would it actually perform better in the real world? I don’t think so. Get this, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced, yet well performing lighting setup.

Review: This Icceue LED Video Light Kit has been a helpful addition to my home photography setup, especially during these dark winter months. I’ve been using it for a few days to capture portraits of my family and some product shots for my small online shop, and it’s made a noticeable difference in the quality of my photos. The adjustable color temperature (2500K-8500K) and brightness settings are easy to use and allow me to create the perfect lighting for different scenarios. The tripod stand is sturdy and adjustable, making it easy for me to position the light exactly where I need it. I also like the high CRI of 98+, which ensures colors look natural and true to life. My only minor gripe is that the power cord feels a bit short for larger setups, but it’s manageable with an extension. If you’re looking for an affordable and versatile lighting solution for indoor photography or video recording, this kit delivers.

Review: I am an amateur photography, so I got this 2-pack of adjustable LED lights to help me with controlling the ambient light when taking pictures. I have a flash on my camera, but this LED lights really help balance the lighting. The lights are attached to a foldable tripod that can extend up to 63 inches tall. The height is adjustable using the three clamps so it allows you to really adjust to the desired height. Two power adaptors are provided with a long cable length. The tripod is made of aluminum and is sturdy. The best feature is the adjustable LED panel with its 352 LEDs (half are white, the other half are a warmer color temperature). The power cord has a remote control on it that allows adjusting the color temperature from a very warm 2500K to a cool 8500k. The color temperature and brightness are both adjustable in 10 steps, allowing you to get the brightness and temperature to exactly match your setting. I take full advantage of this to ensure that the light transparently brightens my space. Another great feature is the adjustable ball head. The LED panel can be rotated 90 degrees, and it can tilt in almost any direction and angle. As an amateur photographer, getting the lighting right is critical to taking good pictures, and this kit has definitely help me improve my pictures.

Review: In general, the tripod is only ok quality. The tripod extension tighteners are not great and need to be firmly twisted – I’m not sure how long they’ll last with such tension. Attaching the light to the tripod is a little problematic because the top of the tripod does not have a swivel bolt. You can swivel the light itself; but, you’ll have to gather up the cords, and then it’s a little awkward to hold on to. The work around is to loosen the top most rod on the tripod and swivel that, then tighten it. The Ball Head can be used to simplify this as well, but that adds one more not great quality tightening mechanism. After being on for 3h30m, on the brightest setting (100% cool white), the light reached 90°F / 32°C and was slightly warm to touch. The power supply was temperature was a little warmer. It draws 21W maximum when on (100% brightness cool white) – measured with a Kill-A-Watt P4400.The whole thing is very lightweight weighing only ~2.31 lb / ~1.05 kg with all attachments on.The phone holder has a spring loaded mechanism for attaching to a mobile device. This is not my favorite design as it can be difficult to widen it sufficiently to fit around a device. A screw knob adjuster would be preferred.Features I’d like to have seen included; but, I’m not surprised that they aren’t: DMX control, rechargeable battery powering. A carry case would also have been good. Not CSA/UL certified.

Review: 20W of LED power that can be dimmed from 100% brightness to 10% in 10 steps. The color range is amber to white to blue in many steps. It’s not hot to work with like old lights were. My camera auto-dims and can’t accurately show how bright it can be.The stand has a ball-socket mount for the light and can be angled straight upwards, downwards, rotated 360 degrees, mounted on its side, basically any direction except straight down. A phone mount accompanied the stand and light. The power adapter is the standard 2-prong type with a 3 meter length, so any extension cord will work with it.Definitely on my recommended list to others. I am impressed enough that I may buy one later to go with this to eliminate shadows in photos.
