Title: A cheapie that works quite well.
Review: I use this with my IC-2820H which I installed in my MkVI VW GTI. The main unit is bolted to the back of the rear seat in the hatch and I have this speaker attached to the dash board near the control head. Sound quality is decent and quite loud – never have a problem listening even in loud traffic conditions or with the windows open. The small size was a big selling point as space is at a premium in my VW.Definitely worth the price of admission.

Title: Very Nice Speaker For The Price With Average Sound Quality
Review: This is a very nice extension speaker for a scanner, CB radio, etc. The size of the speaker is surprising small, but that can be very advantageous. Installation is super easy…just plug in and listen. Sound-wise, it’s rather void of any midrange or bass sounds and is somewhat reminiscent of a small transistor radio in that sense. So far, that’s the only drawback and area for improvement. For the price, it’s a very good buy I can confidently recommend.

Title: Perfect for CB,CW or SSB Communications
Review: This little speaker is perfect for CB,CW (Morse Code) and SSB (Single Side Band) voice. It is well built (yes I took it apart to check it) and clearly made for radio communications. Some people say the sound is not good, but I find it it excellent at reproducing human voice and Morse Code. If you expect to listen to Hi-Fi music on it you will be disappointed. It was not designed for that. However, I tried to listen to talk shows and music on AM and it does an excellent job. It is clearly made for narrow band radio. I highly recommend it for Radio transceivers.

Title: Nice Compact Size But Lacks Good Sound Quality
Review: It’s a nice small speaker that you can tuck into some tiny places but it lacks good sound quality. It’s not bad. It does sound OK, but the Road Pro RPSP-15 has superior sound quality compared to this, for less money. I bought it for it’s compact size, otherwise I would have bought the Road Pro RPSP-15.
