Title: Simple Macro
Review: I have a slew of MFT cameras and lenses, and as much as i’d want to get a dedicated macro lens, I don’t do it often enough to warrant having one. This is a simple way of utilizing my current lenses for that purpose.It is acceptable, but wished the tubes were metal.

Review: Works well with an EM1 Mk2 and the 12-40mm zoom lens for macro shots! Autofocus works, but depending on the circumstances long distance focusing will suffer due to the nature of all macro devices.

Title: Reflective interior
Review: I’ll preface this by saying this is a go-to piece of kit that I use all the time.I give it one star because stock it is unusable, the interior is reflective. It ruins image quality.Want to turn it into a 5 star extension tubes? Cut up twine into tiny pieces and mix it with black acrylic and matte mod podge, and coat the interior with it.This is called flocking. It stops the light scatter and you’ll go from garbage images with a hot spot in the center to perfect rendering with no quality loss.The Nikon F mount tubes are even worse.Meike, make the interior matte!

Review: Some of my most impressive macros have been taken with this product. They are good quality and the fact that you retain auto-focus ability is great when precise focus is crucial. I recommend these extension tubes to anyone starting out in macro photography.

Review: I bought these to add occasional more close-up capacities to my prime lenses. I have several M43 bodies and many lenses but i usually pick a ‘basic’ kit these days that consist in a Panasonic G85 with the bundled 12-60mm, the Pan-Leica 25mm F1.4 and the Pana 42.5mm F1.7 .It works at it should, including AF and exposure , like it is part of the lens . The 10mm tube narrows spectacularly the field of view for both lenses . It affects more the 25mm lens, wich is normal since it is has a shorter focal lenght but the 42.5mm has closer focus to begin with. I was able to achieve sharp pictures hand-held , helped by the body stabilisation of the G85.The 16mm tube is an other story . It works well too but i had to remove the hood on the 25mm lens and i could not achieve enought stability on the 42.5mm . I would say it is too long for those lenses unless you use a tripod and close the aperture more than i did (F2.8 on the 25mm and F4 on the 42.5mm).I also tried the 10mm tube on the zoom but results where not good , quality wise . I did not bother to try them combined .In conclusion, i am quite satisfied with the product at this price for a small and light accessory in the bag that comes to the rescue when you wish you had a true macro lens . I find it more usefull on longer focal primes with the thin one.

Review: As with most meike accessories the build quality is great, these have a metal mount and feel very solid. I have tried this will multiple AF lenses and there are no issues with the connection between lens and camera body. Great to decrease minimum focus distance for some close up photos.

Review: The extension tube work very well and allow super close up images. Using with an Olympus Em1 M3 and 60mm macro it is amazing. The only negative is the fit isn’t super snug but it isn’t too loose either. Definitely good value though for what you can do with them.

Review: This review is for: MEIKE MK-P-AF3A Macro Extension Tube Fit Panasonic/Olympus micro four thirdsI use these with my Panasonic G9. These extension tubes play nice electronically with all of my Panasonic and Olympus lenses. I purchased it mainly to pair with my Panasonic 30mm and Olympus 60mm macro lenses for greater magnification of small objects. They work as intended.These are well made rings. There is very modest play — very modest — that does not affect image quality. I have experienced this with other extension rings over decades without bother.There are two extension rings in this kit so you can vary the change in magnification. The amount of added magnification varies with the focal length of the lens: I get greater magnification with my 30mm lens than the 60 but working distance is greater with the 60. Of course, with extension tubes, you lose infinity focus.To sum up, if you want to get closer in M4/3rds, whether with a macro lens or any other lens, these are worth considering. Recommended accordingly.
