Title: Comfort is great noise canceling not really depends on your view of that sound is good though
Review: The noise cancellation is not really there. The sound is pretty good. I just say I enjoyed that and the button controls. They work great and the compatibility was easy pairing with the app. It works good too. I have trouble a little bit with the multi button controls as far as how many times you hit like the power key too turn mute on/off things like that that’s the only thing I really had a problem with so figuring that out in the manual that was where I struggle a little bit but it does work for if you’re gonna use it for GPS or something outside that would be handy but as far as noise canceling, it just brings in too much outside noise, but as far as everything else works, OK so I’m updating this review. The reason the noise canceling doesn’t work well for my particular use case is because it has active noise canceling, which isn’t the kind of noise canceling I was looking for, but this is a great headset for like you know GPS and that kind of thing so that’s what you’re looking for is perfect for that and is that what you want you should totally get it for that kind of case it works. It’s a good headset no problems.

Title: Good sound, great for people that don’t like earbuds!!!
Review: Ok I’ve literally used every type of Bluetooth headset/earbuds on the market so I know quite a bit about them. This unit is very different because it operates/sits just outside your ear and you can still hear the music/podcast, apparently that doesn’t diminish your ability to hear the sound. The sound is very good. My ear exterior is a little sensitive and I find that after awhile the unit causes me ear pain so I have to remove it for awhile. But it has all the benefits of the earbuds with the added perk of leaving your ear canal completely open to hear the world around you which to me puts them a step ABOVE regular ear buds. I was surprised to realize that for the cost of one unit they sent me two headsets. I’m not sure why but I’m glad they did because the second unit I received was a lot more comfortable (the “lite” version”. I like it but due to some mild exterior ear discomfort I’m forced to not give it a full five star review.

Title: Perfect for what I needed!
Review: I make pottery, and I bought this specifically so I could listen to music and still hear what was going on around me. They do that very well. They are also very comfortable, so much so that I often walk out of the studio still wearing them. Others have complained about the sound quality, but I think they sound great! (I mean really, what were you expecting for this kind of money?) Another great benefit I hadn’t counted on is that the wire connecting the speakers sits at the back of the head/neck and is easy to grab when your hands are covered in clay! There are three audible warnings that the battery is getting low before it finally shuts down. My only quibble is that the “on” button is very small, and the volume control micro buttons aren’t really usable. Not an issue though since I use the phone to adjust the volume. I didn’t download the app, but it connects and works fine without it. I’ve only had them a little over a month, so I can’t speak to how it performs over time, but so far they are perfect for me!

Title: Great fit, way too quiet.
Review: They are like 80% good. There is alot to like, but there are a few major issues. The Good:The fit is great. I guess I have a big head cause so many headphones I have tried just don’t fit right. But these fit great and are super comfortable.Sound quality it better than expected. Honestly they sound better than the pair of much more expensive bone conduction headphones I have. The Bad:They don’t get very loud. At the gym I can barely hear them so I wish they were a lot louder. Honestly thats the biggest issue is they just don’t have enough gain.Battery life is fine but not great. I feel like I’m always charging these things. I’ve had other headphones that seem to last forever, but these I’m constantly having to charge. Nothing more frustrating then getting to the gym, firing these guys up and being greeted with “Battery Low” right off the bat.

Title: Low volume for some reason [SOLVED]
Review: I can barely hear it. The form factor is OK but the speakers seem not to be close enough to ears to be heard well. They noise from the traffic makes it such that I barely can tell what song is playing.[UPDATE]Support contacted me and worked with me to try a different unit. After several weeks of experimenting I was able to narrow down the problem to iOS settings that try to back off volume – this doesn’t work well with earbud speakers that sit away from the ear, so by modifying default safety decibel benchmarks you can actually raise the volume to an acceptable level. You should just be careful switching between earbud brands as the max volume will now be higher (too high possibly) on the other ones. Since they have fully resolved my issue and I can completely satisfy my use case I’m restoring my review from 3 to 5 stars, I’m actually enjoying it now.

Title: They died in 4 months
Review: They worked great until they didn’t anymore. The sound quality was exceptional, but they died after only 4 months, and it doesn’t appear that there’s a warranty. What I saw was you get 30 days of returns and refunds, and that basically means the product is being sold as-is. I expect for something to last more than 120 days. I won’t be back to this company.

Title: Very good for the price, however…
Review: The headphones are super lightweight and comfortable. The sound quality is decent for the price, and the app offers custom and preset EQs, as well as a personalized one.The USB-C charging port also gets a thumbs up.The reasons I decided to return them is because how the band sits behind your head. You cannot lean your head against a headrest while wearing them, and I have a fairly large head. “In my attached pictures, notice how the “SP” (SoundPeats) fits around my head as opposed to “TZ”, which I ended up keeping, despite it costing $6 more. The “TZ” (rhymes with Bozo) headphones sounded better, despite supporting AAC as opposed to the SoundPeats’ LDAC. And although the SPs were more lightweight, TZ had a much better overall fit.
