Review: It worked but; the foam ear bud cover was disintegrated in the bag. Then a full charge would last about an hour. I sent it back within a couple of days and replaced it with the same model, brand new from Wal Mart for about the same price.

Title: Great old school headset!
Review: Needed a monaural headset for my hours spent each day on the phone. The isolation I experience with the current wireless earbuds is simply not for me. And, as a class of products, the microphones and noise filtering on wireless earbuds are sub par. So this old school headset fits the bill – comfortable for hours, fan-freakin’-tastic microphone, good but short of a great speaker. I’ve polled a dozen or so folks about the voice quality and all say, “oh, didn’t realize you were wireless.” Works great in a car…really well in fact. Does not overcome the noise of a Breville Grinder Pro for all you coffee fans. DO NOT grind coffee on a conference call as it invites abuse from your collegues! Same-same for brewing espresso in the Breville Infuser…I would add that the fidelity is REQUIRED for outbound business calls. It’s one thing to ANSWER a call and have crap-tastic call quality, but an entirely different expectation when one is MAKING a call to a client. As a recipient of many a solicitation phone call, I can say that there is no surer way to annoy the person you’re calling than to do so on a poor connection.Tip of the Day (Aug 1, 2020) – I realized I had a microUSB magnetic cable laying about. By adding the magnetic adapter to the Voyager, I can now just charge it by placing it in front of the cable and it magnetically snaps on! No messing with the cable anymore. Super convenient and now my headset is always ready to go and I don’t have to worry about damaging the (somewhat too tight) microUSB port on the headset. HIGHLY recommended hack.I bought this used via Amazon Renewed so it was a particularly good value.

Title: Microphone does not work….
Review: I typically love this product. I did not even notice it was “Renewed”, otherwise I would have spent the extra $30 for the standard price. That was my mistake. The voice recognition and commands almost never work. Nobody has complained about hearing me so not sure yet if that is an issue…..Scratches or bite marks on the unit is something I could have looked past if it worked well….
