Title: Works great, some TVs are not compatible
Review: Great remote. We have a TU7000 bought in 2021. Because of the placement of the TV the IR sensor is blocked and the remote that came with it is hard to use. I bought this smart remote thinking the Bluetooth feature would fix the problem. After 30 min of trying, I could not pair it with my TV, and that is no fault of the remote… it was the TV. Since mine came with the old remote, it did not pair up. After some research online I was able to get into the submenu of the TV and enable Bluetooth smart remote. The TV is capable but the feature was inhibited. So, if this remote just turns on and off the TV, then it needs to be paired. For some TVs it may still work if you enable it from the sub menu.We love this remote, solved the IR issue, works perfectly.

Title: Works like it should
Review: I went the cheap route and bought the knock off remotes and they don’t connect to my Samsung TV very well and don’t work that well. So I purchased this and it connects to my TV and every button on it works as it should. This is the way to go if you need an excellent replacement remote. Love it!!!

Title: TRUE OEM REPLACEMENT WITH BLUETOOH
Review: This remote works just like the original remote that came with the TV and I AM NOW HAPPY!! I previously tried a cheaper version but had to point directly at the TV to make it work. Also the channel button didn’t work. Very frustrating to be scammed. When I got this remote, I inserted the batteries and hit the channel up button while the TV was on. It immediately paired and showed the Bluetooth symbol on my TV while pairing. Voila, I can now control my TV again without even being in the room. The remote really does have Bluetooth. It also remembered the settings from my previous remote and controls my cable box as well. BUY THIS NOW AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY. I AM!!

Title: Don’t waste your time with cheaper generic alternatives
Review: Our prior Samsung One Remote started acting up and the battery port slid off every time, so I decided to just buy a new one rather than deal with the irritation. I first bought a generic one for about $20. What a mistake. The cheap one doesn’t actually pair with the Samsung One Remote system, so adjusting volume and reaction delays were non-stop. I finally sucked it up and purchased this OEM replacement. The first thing it did was actually trigger the Samsung TV to “pair” on screen. After that, it’s been zero problems. Channels switch in real-time, volume on the sound bar adjusts easily and in response to button adjustments, app switching is easy. Not sure what else to say. I think $60 for a remote is a bit pricey given the generic other remotes for prior generation Samsungs, but for anything using the newer system, don’t waste your time on buying generic and buy the real deal instead. I would 10/10 recommend this remote.

Title: Definitely a Samsung Smart TV remote – SamsungTV Plus button, not Hulu
Review: Our original remote for a Samsung Smart TV died completely. This remote is definitely a Samsung product and works just as it should. One caveat: it has a Samsung TV Plus button rather than a Hulu button. That is true of two of our Samsung remotes. Another one has the Hulu button.Since we don’t subscribe to Hulu and never use Samsung Plus, this doesn’t matter to us. If it matters to you, I’m not sure what to suggest.P.S. I truly dislike these mini remote controls with voice activation. They are a pain to use, get lost too easily, make paging down impossible. But we seem to be stuck with them. Oh, and they are way too expensive.
