Title: Worthwhile addition for Carcassonne fans
Review: The dragon is a fun mechanic that drastically changes how the players go about placing tiles. It is entertaining to watch as the major cities and roads are built clustered as far from the dragon as possible. The magic portals are a good way to account for the Dragon and the Princess removing meeples from the board. Plus, additional tiles are always great to extend the game even if not using the expansion rules associated with them.

Review: Fun expansion. A little complicated and I found the rules lacking a bit. Introduces a new special turn for the dragon.My daughter was hoping for more given the theme of fairies and princess.The princess element is a little too competitive for my taste. We chose not to use it.I’d love to see more cooperative expansions.

Review: If you’re not a passive Carcassonne player this expansion is for you!!! It adds new dynamics that allow you to get rid of other players meeples on the board. It Adds 30 tiles to the game, making it one of the more significant expansions. I love it and would highly recommend. Base game needed to play.

Title: Delightful, Challenging addition that changed the game!
Review: The princess kicked the knight out of the castle making it anybody’s grab to claim. The dragon ate field meeples. The fairy flitted frequently, protecting players from getting eaten. Oh my! What a fun, game-altering addition to Carcassonne. This is our third expansion set and could easily become our favorite.
