Title: Didn’t power on
Review: Plugged in to my 2007 Dodge Ram harness but did not power on my stereo. You need to wire in a 12v switched power source outside of the harness.

Title: A bad experience with this wiring harness.
Review: I have a 2007 dodge ram 2500 with the standard radio package. The wire harness that this company sold me states that it fits 2002-2008 ram pickup. Yeah sure. It fit. It the pins are wrong and my new radio won’t power on. Look at the red ignition wire on the new harness. There is no corresponding wire in the factory harness. My factory radio works fine when plugged in. Please correct this so I don’t have to waste my time tracking down the ignition wire.

Review: The product was great, but installing in 2004 Dodge 2500 requires some cross checking of wires. Original dodge harness wire coloring is different than harness make sure all pin locations line up with appropriate wire.

Title: 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab
Review: This did not work for my Ram, I should have read the 1st review and choose another part. This is not my 1st time installing a radio I have wired my car with subs/amp. After connecting all my wife’s my head unit would not come on. I became so frustrated I just cut my factory wire harness and did it the old fashion way.. like magic, my head unit works! Not even worth returning this thing.

Title: Fits, but a couple of wires in wrong place.
Review: It fits, but there are a couple of wires that are not correctly located. For one: The (optional) steering wheel controls pin. If you have steering wheel controls, they will not work through this cable. I pushed out the pins with attached wires and pushed them back into new slots that were needed. Still, it worked. I had to map the colors to the original Dodge colors on the connectors, not a problem, just a little tedious.
