Title: Good for 5 yr old
Review: My 5 yo daughter has curly hair that’s very long and for swim lessons wanted to protect her hair! This is a tad big for her honestly but it’s not so big that it doesn’t work. She will grow into it before I know it. I was a competitive year round swimmer for 12 years and always wore SPEEDO brand caps. Happy to see the same quality and thickness I remember! My daughter had no issue with it (although she was skeptical) and wanted to keep it on for play swim outside of lessons. So that’s a win in my book! Def recommend.

Title: a real speedo cap
Review: After nearly 20 years as a competitive swimmer who always bought speedo suits and caps, I’ve been really surprised at the junk sold on amazon (and in Target) with the speedo label on it. I’m often disappointed buying especially goggles for my kids for swim team, and then realizing they are junk- not the original and great speedo equipment.This cap is real! And great! Ultimately a silicon cap should last 3-6 months of daily swim practices, and this one seems up to the job.I prefer silicon (vs. latex) because it’s better on hair and lasts way longer. Latex caps rip easily and also tear hair. My daughter has a very sensitive head and this cap is working.I recommend to other parents. It’s worth the expense!

Title: I thought this was a good product and well made … wrong
Review: Fits my six-year-old granddaughter perfectly and as soon as she figures out exactly how to get her massive amount of hair into it, her hair will remain dry. Even though she didn’t get her hair in the right way it still stayed a lot dryer than it would normally have gotten. Love that it glides over her hair and doesn’t stick or pull her hair. She loves the bright pink color.UPDATE: Downgraded this to two stars because the third time she used this it ripped. I expected a lot more from Speedo. Have ordered The Friendly Swede Silicone Long Hair Swim Caps (2 Pack), Hot Pink, Purple and will review them when they arrive.11/16 UPDATE: I ordered this again in pink and blue, the blue one was fine till it got washed in the washer. The new pink one was used for the first time tonight and ripped, not at the seam but at the top. I don’t know if there is a problem with the pink color, but I’m done with these Speedo caps.

Review: For my 2nd grader, this is a great first swim cap- soft silicone doesn’t grab her hair and she’s able to put it on herself (can’t be said about every cap we’ve tried!) it’s also a good thick material so it won’t stretch and tear

Review: this swimming cap overall performance was good. The only thing is that you have to make sure you get the right size. my daughter who is a toddler needed a bigger size. it supposed to be tight and fitted. just remember it will also not keep your hair completely dry

Review: Muy bien. Al principio cuesta un poco ponérsela, hay que agarrarle el modo. Lo usa mi hija de 9 años y le ajustan perfecto aunque si le jala un poco el cabello porque parece que se pega al pelo y por lo mismo no se resbala para nada, se queda en su lugar desde el inicio hasta el final de la práctica. Muy resistente la verdad y aguanta bien el cloro. Estira bastante
