Review: This would be my 3rd Renewed device from Amazon and I’m always impressed with the quality received. Similarly with this device, was in Like New condition. Apart from the packaging its hard to tell this was a renewed device. Screen was flawless, housing was in perfect condition and everything worked as expected. Fully recommend.

Title: DO NOT PURCHASE – PHONE LOCKED
Review: Do not buy a phone from this seller. They advertise the phones are unlocked, but they ARE NOT. They know they have this issue since they include directions on how to fix it. They tell you to connect to wi fi and download current OS. They specifically say they know this happens, but this will cure it. Well, it doesn’t cure it. The SIM will work for about two minutes and then it locks back up. Since I was porting my number, this has left me without a phone. It took me hours this afternoon to port the number and get everything set up at ATT, then the phone doesn’t work.I have emailed the seller several times with no response. Since I don’t have a phone, I can’t call them.Very disappointed. I have never written a review before, good or bad. I will spread the word about this seller. Shame on them for selling something they know has issues.

Review: Giving 4 stars and not 5 for 2 reasons:* The charger provided is a slow one (you might think that with a high-end phone, even renewed, should come a more powerful outlet)* Is unlocked, but with the Verizon software image. So I had to decline the Verizon apps since I’m using it with other carrier, in another country. Not a big deal, but every 2 or 3 days, I got the message that “the SIM is not a Verizon…”With the lower points being told first, the phone is amazing, the condition is almost mint (couldn’t find any scratches nor problems)

Review: Phone looks brand new. Screen looks great! I was able to transfer the data from my S20 easily. No issues with starting service. I just added my SIM CARD from my S20 to the S23. This phone is unlocked and working on my service line My sole purpose in buying this phone was to improve on the camera quality. Other than that! This is the SAME EXACT PHONE as my S20, with the exception of the camera, which is a massive improvement with some good new features. I cannot speak on the other features such as face recognition, fingerprint reader, or “AI”. As as far as speed, my S20 works well and is equally as fast. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase! This phone looks great and works well. No complaints thus far. Shipping was quick and the phone was protected.
