Review: I have tried pretty much every makeup remover from high end that are ridiculously expensive that don’t do what affordable Garnier does. Taking off stubborn waterproof mascara is a breeze with this. It doesn’t irritate my skin and there is no perfume smell that makes my eyes water. A couple of squirts on a cotton pad and it removes all your makeup with ease leaving your skin feeling clean and soft. I will never spend big money on a makeup remover when you can buy this for such an affordable price and get amazing results. You also don’t have to wash your face after removing your makeup with this awesome micellar water makeup remover.

Review: This remover works pretty well. I wear waterproof, smudge proof mascara and it does remove it but can leave some behind at times. I use it with a cotton pad and find that it works best it I hold it on my lashes for thirty seconds before wiping off. It takes the rest of my makeup off great. It has a slightly oily residue but it will soak in quickly.
