Title: Beautiful looking but very poor design
Review: Maybe I’m just unlucky with the one I got, but the sand won’t fall even when no air bubbles block it. It took days of testing and removing more and more air to get to work at all and even then you have to constantly hit it to make any sand fall. I got it as a Christmas gift but I’m so disappointed in it that I’ll probably seek a refund.I’m updating my review to two stars instead of one after additional testing. There is still a lot of sand that won’t fall even when exposed, but I can get some to fall with extra effort. Overall it’s still frustrating rather than enjoyable.

Title: The sand flows
Review: I have had the blue Sand Art for 5 months and it has been very calming. Recently tho my sand stopped flowing? After I flip the device the sand flows for a while then stops flowing ? There are no air bubbles under the sand, the sand stops flowing for no reason? If you tap the glass the sand will flow again for 30sec then stop? I have added air and taken air out , it did not help. Can I add a drop of isopropyl alcohol or bleach to the water to get the sand to flow again ???
