Title: Excellent authentic Italian recipe book
Review: I discovered this couple on YouTube and loved their videos! They prepare many of the dishes I grew up eating! My family is from central and southern Italy! Eva is a southern Italian! The book covers many peasant dishes and is well written, easy to understand and has many photographs to show you the finished product! I will reference this cookbook frequently when making dishes I don’t have committed to memory! My only improvement suggestion is to have a photo of every finished product! This book was well worth the money!

Title: Great authentic Italian Cookbook.
Review: This is a really good cook book with really nice recipes. I bought this for my mom cause she is a fan of Pasta Grammer. The only note she mentioned is that the recipe she was hoping to be in their was the sour dough bread recipe which was not this was not a deal breaker. Other then that it’s a really great cook book. Excellent photography for each dish.
