Title: Great quality and range for the price
Review: We use these for staff / security communication in an annual Halloween haunted house event. They work great. Clear communication, good battery life, great range. They seem very well made and have served us well the last 2 years. The built-in flashlight is a nice touch

Review: I bought two kits with 12 radios, it worked well for 4 months, but now of the 12 radios only 4 are charging!Will I have to spend money on new batteries?

Title: Stopped Charging after 1 month
Review: I loved the multi-walkie-talkie charging base in this model which was one of the primary reasons we purchased it. We use these backstage for our non-profit children’s theatre in order for all the directors and parent volunteers to communicate. They worked great. But unfortunately, after two weeks in storage, we pulled them out to use them for our summer camps and only one walkie talkie will charge on the base. The entire base works to charge that one walkie talkie, but none of the other 5 walkie-talkies will charge in any port on the base. We are just past the date on Amazon’s return policy. These are great walkie talkies, but are super BUMMED and frustrated that after a month and a half they are no longer useable.

Title: Excellent customer service
Review: I had an issue with the base not charging and all walkies were dead. I thought it was just a crappy product. I reached out to the customer service on the site and they explained the issue. Apparently the base will not charge the walkies if they are all dead. So I was sent an individual charger to get juice back in the walkies and it worked! All is good and everything is charged up!

Title: Don’t Let Them Go Too Dead
Review: These walkie talkies work great. Very clear, lightweight, easy to use. One caveat…we discovered that you cannot let them go too far dead. As soon as battery runs out, put on the base charger and recharge immediately or they will become dead to the point that they will not recharge. We discovered that we had done this, and ended up having to spike each very dead walkie talkie with a 5V charger to get it to start charging again (don’t ever leave it attached to a 5V charger, we only did that to get it to a point where we could put it back on the base charger). So long story short, don’t let it go dead for long.
