Title: One that fits attachments
Review: Out of 4 cases I have tried this one is the winner. It’s hard with a lack of reviews around but this one did most everything I needed. It fits my Fuji with thumb grip, lense accessories, and lense cap still attached which was importabt to me.This case stands out in the fact that the part covering the battery has a button closure. All the others I tried didn’t and I could see the leather getting too loose to close over time. It is definitely a little bit of a tight fit, it seems to go on best closing in the bottom first and folding the top button last. It presses down on the shutter button I added more than my liking. I hope this will stretch with time being leather. My complaint would be that the screw didn’t come with anything to easily screw in and out so this is difficult and I could see it getting lost if I’m not careful.

Review: You read that right. “How can this be?”, you ask. I thought the same, but this case won’t close over the camera, even with the lens cap removed. All the reviews of this product are largely glowing, and it was with confidence that I ordered one but the case, when folded over the camera in the closed position, won’t allow the snap stud to click onto its partner. No matter now much pulling and repositioning of the case I do, it won’t close.Unusually, the manufacturer of this product include a card with their contact details, in case of problems. So I emailed them, and to their credit I received a reply the same day, asking for photos. I sent them pictures and a link to a video that I took of the problem and they replied after a day or so asking for a copy of the Amazon invoice. I had proposed to them that I would be happy to receive a replacement (and I would send mine back) if they tested the replacement on an X100VI before they sent it.After two days I prompted them for a reply and they told me to send the case back to Amazon for a refund, which is what I have done. So … perhaps this was a one-off manufacturing error but be aware that their quality control may be a bit deficient. There is one other aspect of this case that concerns me, and would have been a source of irritation had I kept it, and makes me a little glad that this didn’t work out. That is that the case won’t stay attached to the bottom half when you are taking a picture. By this I mean that this style of case should be something that allows you to flip down the case so that it hangs by the snap stud underneath, out of the way of the lens while you take your photograph. This case won’t do that, it falls off because the snap stud is small and won’t hold the weight. Is this a problem? Yes.Consider: the X100VI is a street photography camera. You want easily to be able to pop open the case and take a quick shot. What you don’t want is to have the camera in one hand and that bloomin’ case in the other while you operate the controls and take the picture. What do you do with the case? Well you can hand it to your long-suffering life partner or you can drop it on the floor. The leather finish on this case is very pleasing and in all respects other than the fact it doesn’t fit the camera, it’s a good choice. That is if you have a life partner.

Review: Bought this after the Fujifilm own brand one let me down by not fitting the hood, nor the adaptor ring and protection filter (despite all being Fuji first party). Seems well made, nice leather, good coverage and protection of the camera (with hood and protector filter). Only downside is a logo on the back. Strap is fine, had some poor stitching, but fulfills its purpose
