Title: More of a Food and Workout (sets) tracker than Fitness.
Review: This is a good book, however there are only two “progress” pages, one at the very beginning and one at the very end, and I wish there were more throughout the book. I wouldn’t really count it as a “Fitness” tracker or journal for that reason, only because it is more for tracking what you do within your workouts and what you are eating rather than tracking weight loss and fitness as you would think there would be more full body check-ins (measuring/weighing) if you are truly tracking your fitness progress.
