Review: Bought this to have a decent wifi6 speed and to have bluetooth on my gaming pc (windows 11).Installation was easy/quick (under five minutes). Even for someone non-technical that’ll be fine.Drivers: nothing to be done, Windows picked up immediately for both wifi and bluetooth.Usage: Bluetooth works perfect, I was able to use my ear buds in all the apartment (my work laptop will start acting up once I’m 5yards away).Wifi, I’m getting 20MB/s with very stable connectivity (but the router is at the other side of the apartment, so I’m sure once I can move it closer I’ll get the nice speeds.I’ll update later if anything happens but so far: excellent value for the money.

Review: Small network card, perfect for low-profile mini-towers that want Wi-Fi 7 but also external antennas. laptop mini-PCIe slot and M.2 Type E+A cards are out there, but those cards make you connect those tniy antenna leads, and then find some place to run the primary and secondary antennas outside the case.This was a simple Wi-Fi 7 + Bluetooth 5.4 upgrade. It replaced my old 802.11ac card (with no blue-tooth).Connects to Xfinity XB8 running Wi-Fi 6A on 6GHz with 160MHz octa-channels.Was also able to connect to my laptop’s Wi-Fi 7 (same Intel BE200 chip as this card uses).I used some longer antenna arms that I had on my old ASUS Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) card, though it doesn’t seem to change reception much from the included arms. Both seem more than capable for 2.4 GHz (12.5 cm), 5 GHz (6 cm) and 6 GHz (5 cm) frequencies. Any antenna 10 to 12 cm should get you great reception from anywhere.Intel’s recent Wi-Fi driver pack will recognize this card instantly in Windows 10 or 11. You can even download it and install it ahead of time. ;)Bluetooth works great with some noise-cancelling/limiting Sig Sauer / Axil wireless ear buds. Also worked well with my XBOX One controller while playing on Steam.My Xfinity 800 Mbps cable connection regularly runs 750 to 980 Mbps on my laptop’s Wi-Fi 7 card, and almost 1000 Mbps connected through a 2.5GBaseT ethernet port and Cat8 cable to the modem. This card shows the same performance… very solid, as you’d expect with Intel chips.Highly recommend.Finally a wireless connection as fast or faster than Gigabit Ethernet. Perfect upgrade for my old HP Slimline S5-1214 mini-tower PC. maxing out the DDR3 ram, adding a Thunderbolt 3 card, and converting to GPT formatted SSD brought this old tower back to life. A 10GBase-T card may be next.

Title: thicc boi antennas, works with Linux out of the box
Review: This OKN WiFi 6E AX5400 PCIe WiFi Card AX210 was just delivered today. I put it in my SFF Optiplex running Kubuntu 22.10. The wi-fi connected quickly and has stronger signal strength than the previous (MIS brand) adapter I was using.Likes:⊛ thicc boi antennas – I’ve had expensive routers with smaller antennas than these chungus doohickies.⊛ minipcie card is easy to remove in case future upgrades are needed.⊛ low profile bracket included – Factory screws are on really tight. Don’t use the included screwdriver to remove the full height bracket, you’ll just strip the screw head.⊛ screwdriver and case screw included – don’t need it, but it’s a thoughtful gesture that I appreciate.⊛ driver CD included – Who even does that anymore? Nice people, that’s who. Again, didn’t need but still appreciate.⊛ stronger signal strength than any other wi-fi adapter I’ve had in this location. (Probably due to dem thicc bois!)⊛ lastly, but most importantly: works with Linux (Kubuntu 22.10) immediately. I wasted HOURS trying to get realtek and broadcom wifi chips to work on newer kernel, without success. As expected, the Intel chip on this wifi adapter worked immediately.Dislikes:Being super, extra, unnecessarily nitpicky; I don’t like the thin metal antenna connector retention bracket for where the antenna leads connect to the wifi card itself. It’s probably fine but would rather have seen plastic or non-conductive coating on a better quality metal piece. It’s really no big deal, but I couldn’t think of anything else to put under ‘dislike’.Verdict: Based on the first hour of use after installing, I’d recommend this to anyone with a low profile computer and/or anyone wanting a solid Linux compatible wifi adapter. Wifi signal strength is better than expected and speed is what it should be. I can’t speak to the Bluetooth yet, as I’m waiting on a header female to USB-A adapter cable to arrive. (no open USB headers on optiplex mobo).

Review: I really like it. It provides a stable connection and works well. It was a little wobbly but it shouldn’t be an issue if it’s not touched too much. Not to mention it also comes with a cable for bluetooth as well.

Review: Simple plug and play. All I had to do was install an driver and it worked. Really helpful to help boost my wifi on my home server. And as expected it has amazing speeds due to wifi 6.
