Title: Best One Ear Headset On The Market
Review: Love this headset for gaming, video conference, and discord chat.Everything is crystal clear and I can still keep awareness about myself with my other ear being uncovered. Title: Misleading Listing
Review: The listing here shows the Headphone Jack as being USB, which is not correct. This product uses a QD (Quick Disconnect) connection instead. When I called the help line as suggested by the seller, they informed me that the Poly Store on Amazon was not them, and was in fact not an official reseller of Poly products.I would include a description of how the product works, but because I cannot connect it to test, I will not be able to do that. Instead, I will be following the recommendation of the customer help line, and returning this product.

Review: These are kind of glitchy, cutting in and out if you move around. But works ok so far. I use to have a version of this brand that was actual headphones (not just one ear) and a mic that I liked much better.

Review: This headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear, I use this whilst working long shifts and with this headset being about half the weight of my previous one makes it far more comfortable to wear over long periods.The foam earpiece is comfortable and the headband applies enough pressure to keep the headset in place without it being noticeable even when wearing it for long stretches without a break.I find that I am not having to repeat myself during calls like I was with my old headset, I originally thought that this could have been an issue with the phone or network but since switching to this headset I have had no complaints about call volumes.The audio quality is good and seems to be louder than my previous headset without being too loud at the maximum volume my phone allows for.One thing that I have noticed is that the rotating joint where the earpiece connects to the headband has noticeably loosened off after a couple of months, I don’t believe this will become an issue soon but could indicate a problem with the durability of the joint.
