The larger sized tiles are great for persons whom have vision difficulties and/or who have difficulty grabbing/grasping onto smaller objects (or smaller sized tiles). An occupational therapist informed me about this product. Best idea in a long time! Kept everyone entertained!

Review: Bought the big letter version for my parents. The larger tiles have a nice heft , have no sharp comers and feel satisfyingly smooth. There is a suggested game play but we can easily make up rules to accommodate various abilities. Great buy!
