Review: Low key and effective umbrella stand. Holly’s strong without movement even on quite windy days. Installation was easy, although we used two of us just to not fight the umbrella when lowering it in through the table. The weight once water is added in seems to be substantial enough to not move, and if we have any issues we will just add some sand inside as well.

Title: Stable but with one drawback
Review: This is a good, stable umbrella base. I filled it with water and it didn’t move. I picked this one because it was all plastic and wouldn’t leave rust marks on my pool deck. But it’s not all plastic. There is metal on the bottom of the base and now I have rust marks.

Title: Solid foundation
Review: Just what I was looking for – a solid umbrella foundation with an excellent pole base section and adjustment knob to eliminate any pole rotation, etc. Good overall weight without being too onerous to handle/move and no need to mess with water or sand fill procedures. Base material seems unaffected by rain or heat, but time will tell. Very reasonable price so you don’t feel like you’re locked in to a lifelong commitment. No reservations here.
