Title: Very easy to install
Review: Easy to install but does need better directions. Nothing in the box really explains anything but it is very intuitive so not much is necessary. When it comes to the rear seeing camera you are left to your own devices. To help you alone let me give this advice. The little pigtail red wire is used to activate the back up lines so you need to splice it in with your reverse or back up lights. When they are activated the guidelines will appear. If you don’t care about that then you can for go that step and just use it as a rear facing camera alone. It has the usual modes of most dash cams with the added GPS antenna that you can affix to the top of your windshield to record longitude and latitude GPS coordinates. So far I have enjoyed the large view screen and intuitive function keys with the touch screen buttons. After playing with it for a few minutes it became clear what does what. The included memory card is a bonus as well. I don’t think you will be in happy with this purchase.

Title: Needs documentation!
Review: This is a direct-from-the-factory item that needs a whole lot more documentation to be useful to a normal consumer. If you already deal with vehicle electronics, then this may be a breeze to install and set up. But for the normal person, the lack of documentation will be a big hurdle to overcome. There is almost no how-to at all with this. Even the basic functions of the cam/mirror are not documented so you just have to fiddle around the menu to try and get things how you like. The rear cam wire is not very long so if you have a large vehicle you will not be able to mount it where it should go (license plate area). The image from both cams is very nice and crisp and has no noticeable lag. If you are an installer this would be great to resell but I’d advise regular folks to maybe watch a few how-to videos before attempting this.

Title: Rear View Mirror Dual Dash Cam 10 Inch 4K Touch Screen
Review: First off, this has the potential to be very very good, but there are some issues that are problematic for us in the USA. The installation instructions are essentially a small (very small printed) fold out sheet with things that don’t seem to match up to what I was sent. There is nothing that shows what goes where, other than the labels on the unit itself. They don’t even show you where the power button is (on the bottom edge). I tested this whole thing out before I went to install it, using the USB cable. The front and rear cameras are super super nice. The screen is very sharp and amazingly clear. The menu system is somewhat intuitive, though there are different levels of the menu system to access different things at different times. The instructions are not very clear on the menu system and how to do things. You have to fumble around and play with things in order to try and figure out things. For example, if you want to get into the main menu, you can get there from the main screen, but to get into the camera settings you have to have the camera view on and then get into that setting for that camera from that screen. So you end up with a setting for the front camera, the rear camera and the main settings menu. Now the thing that bugs me the most, is I could NOT figure out how to get to Mph mode. It is always showing Kph mode on the display for speed overlay. And there is nothing in the instructions about how to change it, or even if it can be changed. I looked through every single menu item that I could find, and nothing. I tapped on the mirror at various points, even on the point where the Kph is displayed, thinking I could change it there. Nope, no go. The two attached pictures are with the cameras pointed into the carpet, so don’t use that as a judge of the cameras. I simply did that to be able to show the screen clearly with the overlay.On top of all this, there is no contact information for asking any questions. No support information. And even the description on Amazon is lacking in information. There was no warranty card in the box either. And there is no seller information or website address for WDHOICAR or Shenzhen Sobang Technology Co that is on the outside of the box. So it seems rather weird that you get something like this and very very little information is given. For that reason, I cannot give it a very good review, unless someone wants to play with it to see if they can find the Mph setting, I cannot go any further with this install based on testing so far. It became very frustrating from that point going forward.
