Review: I pretty much copied and pasted this review because it’s the same reason and experience I had with this headset. I’d never heard of the Yealink brand before but decided to give this bluetooth a shot after having been a Plantronics (now Poly) user for the better part of a decade. Plantronics used to be THE standard in bluetooth quality and reliability, but I noticed the quality of the Poly V5200 diminishing over my many years of using them. There just didn’t seem to be a better alternative on the market. I tried a BlueParrott M300-XT SE, but that was a worse experience then I was having with the Poly V5200. I don’t know how I never heard of Yealink before but I’m sure happy I finally did. This Yealink has been STELLAR!!! Great audio quality both for me (what I hear) and my voice as I sound to the person with whom I’m speaking. Additionally, the unit stays connected to BOTH of my cell phones and doesn’t randomly disconnect in the middle of a call as my Plantronics/Poly V5200 did.This unit comes with a nice charging/battery case and a USB dongle to connect it to your computer, although most computers nowadays will allow you to connect the headset via Bluetooth without it. I also love that has an adjustable fit, and the volume is adjusted using a knob that actually turns. The ONLY thing I’m not 100% satisfied with is the ON/OFF switch, which can be a bit awkward to switch.Overall performance is excellent, and the battery life is amazing!The best bluetooth I’ve ever owned.So happy I decided to give this headset a try.

Review: I’d never heard of the Yealink brand before but decided to give this bluetooth a shot after Plantronics (now Poly) have gone to pot.Plantronics used to be THE standard in bluetooth quality and reliability. Now…..it’s absolutely terrible. In my line of work, I’m on my cell for several hours a day with many incoming/outgoing calls while I’m on the road. This Yealink has been STELLAR!!! Excellent sound quality both for me (what I hear) and my voice as I sound to the person with whom I’m speaking. Additionally, the unit stays connected to BOTH of my cell phones and doesn’t randomly disconnect in the middle of a call as my Plantronics/Poly Voyager did.This unit comes with a nice charging case (Type C) with a good hand feel and LED charging indicators (three green LEDs).The ONLY thing about this unit is that the ON/OFF switch is small so it’s easier for me to turn the unit ON/OFF using my fingernail as opposed to my fingertip.The sound quality, overall performance and battery life on this unit are absolutely excellent.As of the today (10/4/24), I’ve had the unit almost three months and it continues to work perfectly.The best bluetooth I’ve ever owned.I’m suprised and glad I gave this unit a try.

Title: Not very good, noise cancellation is almost non existent
Review: I bought this to replace or compare to the poly 5200 that I’ve used for years.The noise cancellation does not work at all, even in a quiet area folks had issues hearing me. The connection to my phone also kept dropping out.

Title: Works well but a few things
Review: It doesn’t really hold in my ear like my Samsung buds or others do. After speaking for while it sorts of work it’s free and is just sort of hanging out there loosely and kept in place by the over the ear thing. This might be a user error but I’ll have the dock connected to my phone and computer and call switching work great between the 2. But if I play say music on my phone it will play on the speaker unless I have my phone connected just to the earpiece. I should be able to dictate both to not use the speaker, there should be an option to disable that altogether.

Title: Perfect
Review: It functions exactly as intended when paired to my office phone. I am able to answer, decline, and mute calls with ease. The sound is clear on both ends. The battery lasts all day, and the range is amazing. The Bluetooth stays connected whether I’m in the break room or down the hall in the bathroom. The fit is very secure. I don’t have to adjust it throughout the day to prevent it from slipping off my ear. Best of all, I love the design. It looks so much better than those clunky, call center headsets. Definitely recommend.

Title: Good headset
Review: I have been using this for work and it has been great! I personally do not like on the ear headphones so this was a great alternative.My only complaint is it can be a little tricky getting it to cooperate with all programs on my pc at times but overall great product.
