Review: Phone is supposed to be unlocked, but when I went to activate it, I found out that it was locked to T-Mobile and the SIM Card I purchased for it would not work, and I could not use it. USELESS!

Title: Touch screen not working (fix)
Review: When I first turned it on, it went to the start screen but would not register any of my taps on the buttons I couldn’t even press restart or power off. But I decided to hold down the power button and volume down button simultaneously for 6 seconds and it restarted again and then the screen worked after that. All in all no issues other than that.

Title: Phone was not unlocked !
Review: I went to my carrier to get this turned on a couple months later then when I received it and they couldn’t get it to switch over told me to call Samsung did that called the carrier which it was locked to and they couldn’t find the IMEI So my IMEI got blacklisted and I have to return the phone now and get a refund I’m so upset 😭

Title: Samsung A32
Review: This phone replaced my old Samsung A32. I took it to my carrier to switch everything from my old phone to the new one. Everything seemed great but than I tried to make a call and it kept dropping it. My friend’s tried calling and the phone went straight to voicemail. The next day went back to my carrier and he thought I should buy a new sim card and hopefully it would take care of the problem. NOT! When the owner was putting the sim card in he noticed that the pin hole was larger then usual. He said it looked like someone had to use a bigger pin or some object to get a sim card out. I was not happy. I had to buy a new phone, instead of this refurbished phone that said excellent condition. I’m returning it 2 days later.
