Title: Great expansion!
Review: This review is for the expansion pack that contains all four sets. It should come looking like four “booster packs.”Great expansion on the base game. Lovely new bases and ships, and some very fun events. Only complaint is that the commanders are really only decent if you get them in the first few rounds. But for this price, and with the provided ships and bases, you definitely wanna grab this expansion :](By the way, you can take out events or commanders you don’t like. And remember, outposts cover bases!)

Title: Solid add, but nothing special. 3.5 stars
Review: Crisis is a decent, but not overly impactful addition. I will give it the benefit of the doubt in my rating because it keeps the core idea of the game, but adds some additional cards to spice up the game a little. My Star Realm collection is Colony Wars and Frontiers, two of the stand alone sets of the game. The addition of two of these packs in each set adds more flavor to card choices(2×12 cards in each deck). I added Fleets & Fortresses and Heroes to Colony Wars. With Bases & Battleships and Events added to Frontiers.F&F and B&B just add more ships and bases, nothing major, just solid adds. Heroes might be a little underwhelming, since they are one use and scrap them cards, but the one-time use is decent. Events adds a random effect that hits all players.*The Black Hole event card was troubling with how it’s worded and used, causing a disagreement in interpretation. If you’ve played your hand, recruited a card, and this event comes up, it leaves the player in a rough situation(loses 8 life because no cards to discard). The one card of the events that can really shift a game, usually not in a good way, so I took it out.
