Title: Doesn’t work at all.
Review: No digital voltage readout. Does not flicker when saposedly charging or anything. Instruction manual is NOT for this product. Manual shows can type capacitor with one plus and one minus and a third radio remote connection. This thing has a negative input and negative output. Same with positive. Yet the negatives are connected together and so are the two positives. Grey 480 ohm 1/2 watt safety resister included. No instructions. Very unsatisfied.
