Title: Little kids love it. Rhymes, rhythm, repetitive so new readers can catch onto a pattern. Funny.
Review: My pre-k and K aged little ones adore this whole series of “old lady” books.The rhythm and rhyme of it is a lot like the little old lady who swallowed a fly, but there’s a whole set of stores for various holidays and birthdays and such where there’s different items she swallows.My kids find it funny.Note there’s a difficult word here and there for a grade 1-2, but in general the pattern of it is also helpful for emergent readers to gather steam reading it with a lot of repetition.It won’t be my first or last old lady book from this series.Overall I’d highly recommend it.

Title: Entertaining every time!
Review: No matter what age you teach…your class will love these series! I have preschoolers and they laugh every time. You can use a small dollar store trashcan and place the Old Ladys head on there and feed her each picture in the book by laminating them. Have fun!
