Title: Good
Review: The audio quality is interesting it dosent get “loud” but the audio is very clear , this is by far the most complex headset I’ve had … as it has an 18 page instruction manual the mute is meh bc if u don’t mute on ur last call u won’t be mute for the incoming call , but the connection is good it hasn’t dropped so far you have to pair the dongle manually but I like that it blinks and changes colors based on call and call status so far so good

Title: No USB, No Bluetooth, Not wireless!!
Review: This Plantronics device has an RJ-45 Jack (common phone jack) to use with a landline type telephone. If you need a USB- or USB-C type to work with your PC or Android device, this is the wrong one. I had to return and re-purchase it. I’d give it 5 stars because in my opinion Planteonics (Poly) is the absolute best headset manufacturer on the planet. However, the RJ-45 connection wasn’t made abundantly clear in the Amazon product description. I’m certain that the replacement will definitely get 5 stars as I’ve been using Plantronics for over 20 years; they last 5 years easily and this is either my third or fourth set. Some people swap batteries to make them last longer, but I like the feel of a new set once every few years. It’s the same feeling as when you get a new pair of kicks 😉
