Title: Starting a fitness journey?!
Review: I’m so excited to start using this journal! I am restating my fitness journey and I needed something I little bit more flexible in the spine. This is spiraled so it’s good to flip all the way over to write. I’m LOVING the grocery idea list for healthy foods and how to shop. I love that it has some exercises if you don’t know where to start. The blank calendar is nice to keep yourself accountable and use daily. I’m not a body weight tracker but it has that too! It is pretty thin ish but I would buy this for over and over again

Review: Book is detailed enough to keep me on track so far I have a 9 lb weight loss. Good value for the money not too large in size and decent quality. Small enough to stay on my kitchen table then I take up too much room.

Review: The first thing I love about this little journal is the graphics and color. It’s a beautiful color pink.The journal is on the small size so be sure it’s right for you before you buy. (See my hand for reference) It’s a good size to throw in a bag. The cover is a sturdy cardboard. I gave it 4 stars because I feel it should have more note pages. There is only 1. I like to add notes or maybe even a simple recipe. There’s no room for that. (There is a small note section on the bottom of each food journal page but I wish it were bigger) It would be better if they added 1 note page per week.I also think instead of being able to journal for 3 months, it should be 6. I feel it’s a little pricy for only being a 3 month journal. (For a year you’d have to buy 4) The pages are a decent thickness. Be careful if you use a highlighter as if you press too hard the ink WILL bleed through. If you use it normally, it’s fine. Using a pen is fine. As a side note, I added some little stickers I had to the cover, in between the graphics. It added a little glittery bling to make it fun. A few on the inside too.I included a video to try and show each page.Even with all my Cons, I do like this little journal. It seems like it will hold up to daily wear and tear. It’s a great journal to record the basics at a decent price. I would recommend it and purchase it again.

Title: Cute food journal
Review: My daughter stared with a person trainer at the gym and the personal trainer asked that she get this journal. Its really easy to use lots of helpful sections. It’s about the size of a journal size notebook and the stickers inside are cute. Its a great quality item.

Review: I purchased because I liked that it had workout poses and grocery list to help keep track. I was disappointed to see it is not made to track for the full year. Calendar pages are only for 3 months.

Review: Super helpful to keep track of everything I’m eating during a weight loss journey. Especially that I can also track protein, fat and carbs and it’s not solely focused on calories. Love that it’s also both food and exercise. It is a bit of a pain that it only lasts around 3 months – especially when my weight loss journey is going to last a lot longer than that.

Review: It was a bit delayed in shipment. I opened it up and a few of the pages were upside down. You can’t fix it unless you pull the pages out and rip them out. So that is a bit annoying. But I will deal with it. It is not worth the price, that is for sure.
