Title: Loved this flavor , helps with milk supply
Review: First time momma here and this is my go to flavor here . While breastfeeding you have to stay so hydrated but sometimes you just want something different than water. I don’t drink soda so this was a great alternative to have that boost of flavor as an extra treat for momma .

Title: Helps w/ morning sickness, breastfeeding and even those whom aren’t mothers or expecting!!
Review: Like other commenters, I used this when breastfeeding back in 2017 & 2018, as I struggled with supply issues due to my LO being in the NICU for first 28 days of life. I gradually went from a heavy soda drinker to a non soda drinker over the years. As after pregnancy it just didn’t suit my tastes or needs anymore and obvious is horrible for you. I might have one every now and then for a treat like a root beer float. I also have struggled with dehydration over the years and especially during pregnancy as I’m pretty sure I had HG. Ended up in the ER at least 3-4x and was even hospitalized for a week to ten days around the 30ish weeks. And on top of that I’m a “hard stick” and had to have an anesthesiologist do my IV’s and occasionally even use that machine to show where your veins are. So I now stay hydrated at all times, not only do I feel better but it’s helped with my skin in making it look less dull and dry. These taste amazing and if you’re like me and hate the way normal coconut water tastes but want the added benefits of drinking it…these are a must! They can get pricey to drink since they’re normally $2ish per bottle and when nursing I would drink at least 2-3 a day. So it’s nice to get them on sale when they’re 99cents on here ect.As my child got older he started drinking coconut water and I would mix part of one of these in as well for added flavor, electrolytes and nutrients. My child does not drink soda as I didn’t want him to be like I was as a kid/teen and in my early 20’s, when I drank a lot of soda. I dont crave it whatsoever anymore and drinks like this and my current favorite Liquid IV (has better hydration rates cos of 3x electrolytes but they can be pricey) Firecracker Popsicle and Rainbow Sherbet Sugar Free (I’m guilty of adding a little sugar to offset the salty electrolyte taste). Will always recommend these to pregnant, nursing or even women whom aren’t mothers or expecting! But obvious for preggo’s – especially if they have heavy morning sickness during entire pregnancy like I did. In which hydration is key to other things like preventing early term labor and of course dehydration due to morning sickness ect, in which an IV is needed for BOTH hydration AND potassium!I highly advise preventing dehydration to that extent for obvious reasons but also they have to do heart monitoring when low on potassium during pregnancy. (Google it if ur curious – as this is already a super long review lol). Also potassium IV drips NEED to be diluted but often aren’t in which is EXTREMELY painful as it’s so acidic it burns your arms and veins and it’s excruciatingly painful. So with all that said lol stay hydrated ladies as you will be so grateful to not have to pay for it by going to the ER and for yours and your baby (or babies) as dehydration is much more serious than most people realize.
