Title: NO CORN SYRUP!!! OMG i haven’t had a lollypop in SO long!! (allergic to corn)
Review: Man oh man was I happy to find these!!! I bought them a couple times and probably ate the whole box in 2-3 days. Also they are ridiculously expensive (like $2 for a tiny lollypop, basically). But they have no corn syrup or corn products at all and I could eat them!!! I WAS SO HAPPY!! I wish I had some right now. The gum gets SO sticky– sometimes it is hard to get out of your teeth but…whatever. They are so good. Makes me long for a tootsie pop (something I will never be able to eat again unless they magically stop using corn syrup…unlikely!!).I LOVE these. They are just so $$$ that as much as I am tempted to buy them every time I make an amazon order, I stop myself. Also so much sugar is not good. ANYWAY- yum and yum.p.s., the “gum” isn’t really “gumming,” as they say. It is gum, for sure, but kind of just barely. SO: i swallowed it half of the time (HA! I don’t know if your mom used to tell you a gum tree would grow in your tummy but mine did and so after eating 2 boxes of those, I’ve definitely got a few gum trees growing…it is hard to separate the gum from the candy in your mouth- it all kind of mushes together…which, is part of the YUM!! But also why I ended up swallowing it).SO: on that point– maybe take note if you are thinking of these for small kids?? Or kids who don’t brush their teeth yet? (I mean this stuff legit got stuck in my teeth and I would use a second lolly to help attract the gum fragments from the first lolly- ridiculous). ALSO they are weirdly hard to open (meaning the paper is kind of wrapped really tight on the sticks but you will get it off– again, something to note for a small kid).
